At this time, points will only be earned and redeemed at our Tucson, AZ, and Nashville, TN, area locations. You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout.
Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible products online and in store, as well as members-only perks like bonus-point promotions.
Points are earned on eligible purchases and are not earned on delivery fees, taxes, alcohol, postage, gift cards and gift certificates. See

Currently, Sprouts Rewards is available in select markets. Points will only be earned on purchases made at a store or online in the participating markets (Tucson, AZ, or Nashville, TN, area locations).
When it comes to earning points, you have plenty of options – no matter how you like to shop.
In-store: Enter your phone number or scan your Sprouts app barcode at checkout, and your points will automatically be added to your account. Points will be earned for eligible products once payment has been made.
Note: If you prefer to enter your phone number at checkout, confirm the phone number you are entering is the same phone number associated with your Sprouts account. You can confirm or update your phone number by navigating to
My Profile → Edit Profile.
Online, on the app or for pickup or delivery: Your Sprouts Rewards account will be automatically entered with your order. Points will be earned for eligible products after the order status is marked “complete.”
Note: Points will be earned based on your in-store total (excluding any delivery fees, etc.).

Your account information is available online and on the app. Simply sign in to your Sprouts account, click “Rewards” in the banner or Quick Link at the top of the page and view your account information. You can also go to your
rewards page here.
No. Simply log in, confirm your account information and accept the program terms, and you will automatically be enrolled. You’ll start earning on your very next purchase when you scan your barcode or enter your phone number at checkout.

To opt out of Sprouts Rewards, you will need to delete your account. To delete your account, please reach out to our customer care team via our
contact form. Select the topic “Website & App Feedback” and include “I want to delete my Sprouts account” in the message. In most cases, we will email you a reply within the next few days.
