Who do I contact about questions, issues and bugs with sprouts.com or the app ?

If you notice an error or bug with sprouts.com or the Sprouts Mobile App, please provide your contact information, a description of the issue, phone model and software version (if known) to sprouts.com/contact.


What is a Checkout Challenge and how do I activate it?

Checkout Challenges” unlock special reward coupons. Each challenge requires you to earn a specific number of checkmarks to unlock your reward. This can be done in a single transaction or through multiple transactions. To activate a “Checkout Challenge” on the Sprouts Mobile App, click on the navigation menu and select “mySavings & Barcode.” Below your barcode, click on the “Checkout Challenges” badge. Select the challenge you would like to start by clicking on the “Activate” link.

With the new Sprouts Mobile App your reward coupon is automatically clipped when you complete the challenge, ensuring you earn your reward in the same transaction. Simply, scan the “mySavings & Barcode” on your smartphone during checkout for instant savings!


Can I redeem offers more than once?

No. Mobile coupons can only be redeemed once. With the scan of your “mySavings & Barcode”at the register, all mobile coupons that qualify for your purchase will be automatically redeemed.


How do I print my coupons?

Sprouts mobile coupons are paperless and can be redeemed with your “mySavings & Barcode” found on the Sprouts Mobile App. If you do not have a smartphone, you can redeem your mobile coupons by sharing the phone number associated with your Sprouts account at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance in order to redeem coupons in this manner.


How do I redeem coupons?

Clipped coupons are automatically added to your account and “mySavings & Barcode.” You may redeem your clipped coupons in store by scanning the barcode on your Sprouts Mobile App or by asking your cashier to enter your phone number at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance to redeem coupons in this manner.

With the new sprouts.com, you can see which products qualify for each mobile coupon below the coupon offer. You can even start adding products to your shopping list and the coupon progress bar will fill in when the quantity needed is achieved. You do not need to add any products to your shopping list for your coupon to work; we hope this makes your shopping experience simple and easy!


Can mobile coupons be used without the Sprouts Mobile App?

If you do not have a smartphone, you can redeem your mobile coupons by sharing the phone number associated with your Sprouts account at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance in order to redeem coupons in this manner.


Can customers share recipes from the recipe cooking mode?

At this time, recipes cannot be shared through our digital platforms. Customer feedback is important to Sprouts and we’ll continue to monitor our guests’ feedback to determine if this is a feature we should add at a later date.


How does the “Recipe” tab work?

Browsing and using recipes are a breeze with our new website and mobile app. Begin by clicking “Recipes” in the top navigation of your browser and choose the category that interests you most. We currently offer 15 categories, ranging from gluten-free options to salads, desserts, side dishes, vegan selections and more. Once you’ve selected a category, you can browse recipes and select the one that appeals to you.

Each recipe includes prep time, cooking time and the servings it will yield. Sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App also feature “Cooking Mode.” By clicking “Enter Cooking Mode,” you can view step-by-step directions while preparing your meal. You can enter and exit the cooking mode at any given time.


Can I make purchases on sprouts.com or Sprouts Mobile? Do you offer delivery?

Products featured on sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App can be used to create a shopping list, identify sales and mobile coupons or look up a product’s nutritional information. You can also use our website and app to place a catering order for pick up at your local Sprouts. We know our shoppers enjoy the convenience of home delivery, so we offer quick delivery options through Instacart in most of our major markets. Please visit delivery.sprouts.com to learn if the service is offered in your neighborhood.


Can I create multiple shopping lists?

Yes. Select the account icon at the top of the page on your desktop. In the drop-down menu, click on the “Shopping Lists” link. If you’re using the Sprouts Mobile App, tap on the navigation menu and select “myAccount.” Next, select “Create New List.” You will be prompted to enter a “List Name.” Enter the list name, such as Dinner Party, Bridal Shower, etc. and then click “Create List” to save it. Next time you browse products on the site, you will be able to add them to your new list by selecting “Save for Later” when you’ve selected an item. If you have multiple custom lists, they will appear in a drop-down after clicking “Save for Later.”


Can I print my shopping list?

Yes. You may print your shopping list by clicking the green button in the top right of your desktop browser that displays the shopping list value. This button will take you to a full-screen view of your shopping list. From this page, click “Print.” You can also retrieve your list on the Sprouts Mobile App to view it in store. Please note, you must be logged into your account in order to view the shopping list you created on desktop on your mobile device.


How do I place a catering order online?

First, log into your Sprouts account and then visit sprouts.com/meals-and-catering or click the “Place Your Order” button located at the bottom of every page. On the Sprouts Mobile App, click on the navigation menu and select “Place a Catering Order.”

If you have items on your Shopping List, a pop-up message will appear asking you if you wish to proceed. Select “Continue to Place a Catering Order,” and then choose your store location and a date and time range to have your order ready.  Next, browse through the items that are available for ordering at the location you selected. Once you’ve selected your items and quantities, click “Add to Cart.” You may add notes for the store, update your order or simply check out from the Cart page. At checkout, you may confirm your pick-up location, enter your pick-up time and add your contact information. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation number on the screen and through email for your reference. Payment for all catering orders is accepted at the store at the time of pickup and checkout.


What is the shopping list and “In-Store List?”

On sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App you can create a convenient shopping list, also referred to as “In-Store List,” to keep track of all the items you want to purchase during your next trip to Sprouts. The shopping list displays current pricing of items in your preferred store. At any given time, the total for your shopping list is displayed at the top of the page.


Where is the list of stores coming soon? How can I learn when a new store is opening?

To view existing stores and new openings in your state, click on “Stores” at the bottom of your screen and then select your state. From here, you can view every Sprouts location in your state, as well as any new stores announced in your area. New stores will be designated with their grand opening date.


Where is the event calendar? How can I see what’s going on at my store?

We’ve refreshed our store pages to show you every event going on in your area. To visit your store page from a desktop browser, click on the store address at the top of the homepage. You can access your store’s information on a mobile device from the navigation menu. From the store page, you can view events near you and services offered at the store.


How do I unsubscribe from the email list?

If you wish to no longer receive email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails.


How do I change my email preferences?

Log in to your account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the profile icon on your desktop browser. A drop menu will appear, click “My Profile.” Select “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences.” Under “Email Interest,” you can toggle yes or no to receive “Weekly Specials Emails” and the “Monthly eNewsletter.” Click “Save Changes” when you are finished editing your profile. Mobile users can change their account information by tapping on the navigation menu and selecting “myAccount.”

If you wish to no longer receive any email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails.


How do I sign up for “Weekly Specials Emails” and the “Monthly eNewsletter?”

The best way to sign up for our “Weekly Specials Emails” and “Monthly eNewsletter” is by creating an account at sprouts.com/login and selecting to opt-in to each communication. If you already have an account, please login to your profile and update your email interests by checking “Monthly eNewsletter” and “Weekly Specials Emails” and then clicking save. Mobile users can add these communications by selecting the “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences” in the “myAccount” section.


How often do you add new “Healthy Living” articles?

New articles featuring interactive recipes, behind-the-scenes content, food prep tips and more are added to sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App each week. Check back regularly to find out what’s new in natural foods!


Where did all your company information go on your website?

Company information is now on about.sprouts.com. Here, you will find information on Sprouts’ history, our leadership, sustainability and Foundation initiatives, media resources, careers and real estate.


Why did you change the look of sprouts.com?

We’ve refreshed sprouts.com and added new features, but much of the content still exists. We believe the new look will be easier for our guests to navigate in the long run as they get used to our new online environment. If you’re looking for something specific, we recommend using the search function in the navigation bar or browsing our FAQs page located towards the bottom of the site to find the answer.


How is content on the new sprouts.com organized?

Sprouts.com has been updated with a fresh, natural look and additional features to help you explore new products and save money at Sprouts. We’ve added  spotlights on the homepage that showcase staple, trending and unique items. With a click online or tap in the app, visitors can learn more about these items, how to save on them and discover featured recipes.


How do I delete or cancel my account?

Our Customer Service team is happy to delete your account or change your settings at any time. Please reach out to us at sprouts.com/contact-us. At this time, customers do not have the option to delete their account online or on the app.


How do I change my email address and phone number for my account?

To update your profile information, you need to be logged into your account either on sprouts.com or Sprouts Mobile App. Once you are logged in, navigate to the profile icon. A drop menu will appear, click “My Profile.” In your “Contact Information” you can update your email address and telephone number. Click “Save Changes” when you are finished editing your profile. Mobile users can change their account information by tapping on the navigation menu and selecting “myAccount.”


Do I need to download a new Sprouts Mobile App to get the latest features?

No, the Sprouts Mobile App will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select update. The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched.


How do I create a new account on sprouts.com and Sprouts Mobile App?

To create a Sprouts account on sprouts.com, please visit www.sprouts.com/login. Click the “Register” tab and enter your contact information in the required fields. Next, read and agree to Sprouts’ Terms & Conditions and then click “Create New Account.”

To create an account on Sprouts Mobile App, tap on the navigation menu at the top of the app, select the “Log In/Register” tab, “Sign Up” and fill out the information fields. Your new account has been created and you can now sign in.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after setting up your account.


What is a Sprouts account?

Maintaining an account on sprouts.com is an excellent way to discover new recipes, explore online coupons, create shopping lists and more from the convenience of your home or mobile device. The best way to stay in the know about the latest promotions across the store, including traditional and mobile coupons, is to sign up for our “Monthly eNewsletter” and “Weekly Specials Emails” as part of your Sprouts account. Or, you can simply view all items available in your local store to see what’s on sale or what’s featured in a mobile coupon!


Will I need to create a new account on sprouts.com and Sprouts Mobile App?

If you have an existing Sprouts account will not need to create a new account, however, you will need to reset your password.  If you try to login to your account you will receive an error message. Once you have reset your password by clicking “Forgot your Password” and completing the necessary steps, you will be able to enjoy all the new features we have to offer.


Why do I need to reset my password? How do I reset my password?

Your privacy is of utmost importance to Sprouts, so we are asking you to update your password to maintain the security of your account. Your account preferences will carry over. You can do this by visiting www.sprouts.com/login and clicking “Forgot your password?”

You’ll receive a password reset email. Click the “Reset Password” link to be redirected to sprouts.com. Then you will be prompted to enter a new password. Once your password is entered, hit “Change Password.” Please return to the login page and use your new credentials.


Why won’t my password work? I received the following message, “Invalid email or password. Please try again.”

We’ve refreshed Sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App to help you discover new products, learn more about natural foods, and save time and money shopping with Sprouts.

If you are a current sprouts.com account holder, you’ll need to reset your password. You can do this by visiting www.sprouts.com/login and clicking “Forgot your password?” Within minutes, you’ll receive a password reset email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!

Once you have the email, click the “Reset Password” link. You will then be redirected to sprouts.com and prompted to enter a new password. Once your password is entered, hit “Change Password.” Please return to the login page and use your new credentials.


Can I load promo codes to my Sprouts account from sprouts.com?

Yes! Promo codes can be loaded to your Sprouts account from sprouts.com by simply clicking the profile button located at the top right of sprouts.com and then selecting “My Profile.” Next, click “Checkout Challenges” on the left side of the screen. Now, click “Add a promo code” on the right side of the page. Enter your promo code and click “Submit.” That’s it! You can redeem the offer at Sprouts by scanning the barcode on your Sprouts Mobile App or by asking your cashier to enter your phone number at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance to redeem coupons in this manner.


Where can I find promo codes?

Promo codes will be given out at special Sprouts’ events or from in-store demos.


How many times can I use a promo code?

You can only use a unique promo code once. You may try to enter it twice, however, your account will only let you redeem the offer once.


What kind of offers are redeemable with a promo code?

Promo codes can unlock but are not limited to mobile coupons. Mobile coupons can include free items. Promo codes can also be used to unlock Checkout Challenges and Sweepstakes entries.


Can I use promo codes other than ones provide by Sprouts Farmers Market?

No. The only mobile coupons accepted at Sprouts are from the Sprouts coupons app. Mobile coupons and Promo Codes from third party apps are not accepted.


Is it free to access Sprouts’ mobile coupons?

Yes. Sprouts’ mobile coupons can be accessed via the Sprouts Mobile App and sprouts.com. There is no cost to access. However, not all offers are free—you may be required to meet a minimum spend to activate the offer.

What is Instacart?

Instacart is a grocery delivery service that partners with leading grocery retailers to deliver groceries in as little as an hour. Instacart connects customers with shoppers who shop and deliver groceries from your store to their door.


What services will my store offer through the partnership with Instacart?

More than 12,000 items from Sprouts are available for delivery, including farm-fresh produce, dairy and frozen items and fresh, never frozen meat and seafood from The Butcher Shop at Sprouts. Beer and wine is available for delivery in select areas.


How fast does Instacart deliver?

Guests can choose to have their groceries delivered within one or two hours, or they can select a one hour delivery window for later that day or within the next week.


What are the Instacart delivery hours?

Instacart delivery operates between at 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. Instacart deliveries are subject to store holiday hours.


Are prices the same as in-store?

Item pricing generally reflects the everyday in-store prices in a given area. Sprouts mobile coupons and other coupons cannot be used with the service.


How much does Instacart delivery cost?

New Instacart customers who sign up at delivery.sprouts.com will receive their first delivery free. Future delivery fees depend on the order size and the delivery time selected. For most cities, delivery starts at $5.99, tipping is optional. Instacart Express is $149/year or $14.99/month.


What is Instacart Express?

Instacart Express membership enables free, unlimited same-day deliveries and are never subject to busy pricing. Instacart Express membership is just $14.99 a month or $149 a year.


What makes The Butcher Shop at Sprouts so special?

Sprouts combines quality sourcing, variety and old-world butchers handiwork to provide an outstanding product at a great value. The Butcher Shop at Sprouts features all-natural, always fresh, never frozen beef, chicken, pork and lamb. Our meat is prepared to exacting specifications by trained butchers in every store who use exclusive techniques to produce the perfect cut. Most supermarkets cut corners in one of these areas, but not Sprouts. We run our meat department the way they did in the olden days because we know how good it can be when things are done right.

We offer USDA Choice Natural Beef because it’s more flavorful than the beef found in so many other stores. To qualify as a Butcher Shop beef supplier, ranches must meet Sprouts’ natural standards before being considered, including sound animal husbandry techniques, corn-and-grain or grass-fed diets that are tested for pesticide residues, and zero growth hormones and antibiotics.

We feature more than 7,500 items in our Vitamins and Body Care Department and have many resources to assist you in finding the right products for you and your family. Do you carry organic chicken and meat?

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase at Sprouts, we’ll be happy to exchange it, or refund your money with a proper receipt. The type of credit given is determined by the method of payment used. A valid receipt is required for all Vitamin and Body Care product returns. Sprouts cannot accept returns on any type of media product such as books, DVDs and audio and visual aids. Special orders are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Clearance and Manager’s Special items are returnable/refundable in accordance with our standard policy. You may view our full return policy at sprouts.com/policies.


How do I get coupons for products at Sprouts?

How often do you run the Vitamin Extravaganza sales?

How do I recommend or special-order a product?

We welcome product recommendations and evaluate these based on overall demand. The best way to submit a request is through our contact us form. We are also delighted to fulfill your special order whenever we can. Just ask the appropriate department manager in your local store to special order a product.


What does “local” mean to Sprouts Farmers Market?

At Sprouts, we define “local” as made or produced in my state or within 500 miles. The ability to eat locally varies depending on a region’s production capacity. People living in areas that are agriculturally productive year-round may have an easier time sourcing food that is grown in their state than those in arid or colder regions. Our goal is always to offer great value and strike the right balance among quality, flavor and price.


What do you mean by “Double Ad Wednesday?”

Because our weekly ad prices run from Wednesday to Wednesday, you can save even more in the middle of the week when the ads overlap. Two ads on one day means double the deals!


Do you offer case discounts?

Yes. On most products, you will receive an automatic 10 percent discount when you purchase an entire case. This discount is not available during some of the larger promotions, such as Vitamin Extravaganza, or on smaller items, such as a case of granola bars.


Is everything you carry natural or organic?

About 90 percent of the products in our stores are natural or organic. We have never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach, and offer a wide variety of healthy options at different price points to appeal to a broad base of customers.


Is Sprouts really a farmers market? Do you carry more than produce?

Sprouts is a healthy grocery store that is inspired by farmers markets, and we trace our lineage back to a single fruit stand in San Diego. We are fully indoors and are open 364 days a year. Our welcoming stores feature an abundance of farm-fresh produce, all-natural meat and seafood, thousands of pantry staples, baked goods and deli meats and cheeses. To qualify as a Butcher Shop beef supplier, ranches must meet Sprouts’ natural standards before being considered, including sound animal husbandry techniques, corn-and-grain or grass-fed diets that are tested for pesticide residues, and zero growth hormones and antibiotics.

What do you mean by “Double Ad Wednesday?”

Browsing and using recipes are a breeze with our new website and mobile app. Begin by clicking “Recipes” in the top navigation of your browser and choose the category that interests you most. We currently offer 15 categories, ranging from gluten-free options to salads, desserts, side dishes, vegan selections and more. Once you’ve selected a category, you can browse recipes and select the one that appeals to you.

Each recipe includes prep time, cooking time and the servings it will yield. Sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App also feature “Cooking Mode.” By clicking “Enter Cooking Mode,” you can view step-by-step directions while preparing your meal. You can enter and exit the cooking mode at any given time.


Can I make purchases on sprouts.com or Sprouts Mobile? Do you offer delivery?

Products featured on sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App can be used to create a shopping list, identify sales and mobile coupons or look up a product’s nutritional information. You can also use our website and app to place a catering order for pick up at your local Sprouts. We know our shoppers enjoy the convenience of home delivery, so we offer quick delivery options through Instacart in most of our major markets. Can I create multiple shopping lists?

Yes. Select the account icon at the top of the page on your desktop. In the drop-down menu, click on the “Shopping Lists” link. If you’re using the Sprouts Mobile App, tap on the navigation menu and select “myAccount.” Next, select “Create New List.” You will be prompted to enter a “List Name.” Enter the list name, such as Dinner Party, Bridal Shower, etc. and then click “Create List” to save it. Next time you browse products on the site, you will be able to add them to your new list by selecting “Save for Later” when you’ve selected an item. If you have multiple custom lists, they will appear in a drop-down after clicking “Save for Later.”


Can I print my shopping list?

Yes. You may print your shopping list by clicking the green button in the top right of your desktop browser that displays the shopping list value. This button will take you to a full-screen view of your shopping list. From this page, click “Print.” You can also retrieve your list on the Sprouts Mobile App to view it in store. Please note, you must be logged into your account in order to view the shopping list you created on desktop on your mobile device.


How do I place a catering order online?

First, log into your Sprouts account and then visit sprouts.com/meals-and-catering or click the “Place Your Order” button located at the bottom of every page. On the Sprouts Mobile App, click on the navigation menu and select “Place a Catering Order.”

If you have items on your Shopping List, a pop-up message will appear asking you if you wish to proceed. Select “Continue to Place a Catering Order,” and then choose your store location and a date and time range to have your order ready.  Next, browse through the items that are available for ordering at the location you selected. Once you’ve selected your items and quantities, click “Add to Cart.” You may add notes for the store, update your order or simply check out from the Cart page. At checkout, you may confirm your pick-up location, enter your pick-up time and add your contact information. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation number on the screen and through email for your reference. Payment for all catering orders is accepted at the store at the time of pickup and checkout.


What is the shopping list and “In-Store List?”

On sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App you can create a convenient shopping list, also referred to as “In-Store List,” to keep track of all the items you want to purchase during your next trip to Sprouts. The shopping list displays current pricing of items in your preferred store. At any given time, the total for your shopping list is displayed at the top of the page.


Where is the list of stores coming soon? How can I learn when a new store is opening?

To view existing stores and new openings in your state, click on “Stores” at the bottom of your screen and then select your state. From here, you can view every Sprouts location in your state, as well as any new stores announced in your area. New stores will be designated with their grand opening date.


Where is the event calendar? How can I see what’s going on at my store?

We’ve refreshed our store pages to show you every event going on in your area. To visit your store page from a desktop browser, click on the store address at the top of the homepage. You can access your store’s information on a mobile device from the navigation menu. From the store page, you can view events near you and services offered at the store.


How do I unsubscribe from the email list?

If you wish to no longer receive email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails.

Log in to your account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the profile icon on your desktop browser. Do I need to download a new Sprouts Mobile App to get the latest features?

No, the Sprouts Mobile App will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select update. The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched.

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase at Sprouts, we’ll be happy to exchange it, or refund your money with a proper receipt. The type of credit given is determined by the method of payment used. A valid receipt is required for all Vitamin and Body Care product returns. Sprouts cannot accept returns on any type of media product such as books, DVDs and audio and visual aids. Special orders are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
