Our Buy One Get One (BOGO) Sale allows shoppers to purchase an item and receive the second qualifying item for free. Shoppers are not eligible to purchase one of the BOGO items at half price.

When is your next One Day Gift Card Sale?

Our gift card promotion is a one-day sale offering our in-store shoppers a $100 gift card for the price of $89.99. We do not share the sale date far in advance.

What is Sushi Wednesday?

Customers with a Sprouts account may place a catering order on our website or app. If you do not have a Sprouts account, please call or visit a participating Sprouts location.

STORE POLICIES

Can I bring in my personal container?

We welcome guests to bring reusable containers to use when purchasing bulk or produce products in our store. Before filling your container, please visit a cashier who can assist you in getting the tare weight of the container prior to filling it. At most locations, reusable cloth bulk bags and glass containers are available for sale in the Bulk department, and mesh produce bags in the Produce department.

What is your policy for rainchecks?

Our raincheck policy is in place to guarantee that our customers are able to purchase our Weekly Ad items at the sale price at any of our locations. To learn more about our raincheck policy, visit our Sprouts Policies Page.

Can I use reusable grocery bags to carry items while I shop?

Although we encourage our customers to use reusable bags, we ask that you wait to use them until checkout. You may use our shopping carts or baskets to carry items while shopping in store.

What is your coupon policy?

Sprouts gladly accepts select coupons and reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon. To learn more about our coupons policy, visit our Sprouts Policies page.

What is your return/refund policy?

Do you offer case discounts?

We offer an automatic 10% discount on select products when customers purchase an entire case. This discount does not apply to:

Before sampling a product, let one of our helpful team members know which item you are wanting to try, and they will be happy to assist you.

ORDERING

How do I place an order for delivery or pickup?

To place an order:

  1. Log in or register for a Sprouts account at shop.sprouts.com or by using the Sprouts app.
  2. Select your shopping mode and confirm your store location in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Add your preferred items to your cart by browsing through our departments or by entering a specific product in the search bar.
  4. Once your items have been added to your cart, select “Checkout.”
  5. Select your preferred pickup or delivery time and confirm payment.
  6. Click “Place Order” and you’re all set!

Is curbside pickup and delivery offered in my area?

We offer curbside pickup and delivery in all stores. To determine if your zip code is included within our delivery area, please click here. Make sure to log into your Sprouts account if you haven’t already and ensure that you have your preferred store location selected.

Who does the shopping and/or delivery for my online order?

Delivery orders will be shopped and delivered by an Instacart shopper. Curbside pickup orders will be shopped and brought to your vehicle by a Sprouts team member.

What is the fee for curbside pickup?

If your first order is over $35, the curbside pickup fee is free!* Future pickup fees depend on the order size. There is no pickup fee for orders over $35. For orders under $35 the pickup fee is $3.99. There are no service fees charged on pickup orders. *Available in select areas. Prices may vary by location. Some promotion exclusions may apply. Limited to in-stock items. Additional terms apply.

Are Instacart product prices the same as in-store?

In-store prices and promotions, such as our Vitamin and Body Care, 72 hour sales and BOGO sales are generally reflected on shop.sprouts.com. Certain exclusions may apply and further details can be found within the Terms and Conditions of our promotions. Select coupons may also be redeemed through our online shopping experience.

What if I can’t find an item in the product catalog?

Online product selection is displayed based on the store you have assigned to your account. Selection may vary by store. If you would like to order something you can’t find online but have seen in store, your shopper may still be able to pick it up for you. Once your shopper starts shopping, you can message them with a special request.

How do I report an issue with my delivery or curbside order?

To report an issue, click the SMS link sent to your cell phone after an order is complete or go to your orders receipt page. Click “Report an Issue.” This link will be available for four days after your order is complete. You can also reach out directly to Instacart’s support line at 1-888-246-7822 for 24/7 support.

How do I add special instructions for an item in my order?

Once you place your order and confirm your replacements, please navigate to the Order Details page. Under the Items dropdown, you will see all the items in your order and an “Add Instructions” option for each where you can write in special instructions per item.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

Although we do our best to provide the most up-to-date information in our product catalog, we can’t always guarantee that an item will be in stock. You will be offered the option to replace or refund out of stock items via SMS while your shopper is shopping your order. By default, items added to your cart will be replaced with best-matched products, but you may disable substitutions while checking out.

How do I view the status of my order?

Updates will be shared via SMS to the mobile phone number associated with your account throughout your order. You can also click “Your Orders” from your Sprouts account to view the status of an order you’ve already placed.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

Prior to your order being shopped for, you can add or edit items within the order page by clicking the “Modify Order” button. To access your order, visit “Your Orders” from your Sprouts account. If the shopper has started shopping, you can contact them via SMS to make adjustments. Please note, if you make changes before the shopper has started shopping, your time slot may change.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund with no additional fees prior to your order being shopped for. To cancel your order, view your order within “Your Orders” and click the “Cancel Order” button. If you no longer see a “Cancel Order” button, please contact Instacart Customer Support to cancel your order. Cancellation fees may apply. You may contact Instacart by phone at 1-888-246-7822 or online at instacart.com/help/contact/.

How do I view my order receipt?

You will receive an email receipt when your order is complete and can access past receipts in “Your Orders” View order detail.

How do I view my past in-store purchases?

All your online purchases will be displayed in “Your Orders.” We are working to bring back in-store purchase history as well.


DELIVERY

How does your delivery service work?

Personal shoppers shop your order placed online and deliver your groceries from your local Sprouts store right to your door. You can select your order to be delivered within two hours or schedule up to six days in advance. You can learn more here.

What are your delivery hours?

Availability for delivery begins as early as 8am and is subject to Sprouts’ operating hours, including special hours for holidays.

How do I add delivery instructions?

You may add delivery instructions during checkout. Useful information to share in the delivery instructions may include: parking location, security or gate codes, and any other specific directions that may help the driver locate your address.


PICKUP

What is curbside pickup and how does it work?

With curbside pickup, you can order groceries online and a Sprouts team member will deliver them to your vehicle. Pickup windows can be scheduled for the same day or up to several days in advance.

How do I pick up my order?

Most stores have dedicated parking spots for you to wait in while your order is brought out to you. In some cases, you may receive instructions to pick up your order inside. Store-specific instructions will be provided for your order before you arrive. For orders containing alcohol, bring a valid form of ID.

What happens if I can’t make my pickup time?

Your order will be held until the store closes. If you are unable to pick up your order before store closing time, please contact Instacart Customer Support to cancel your order. You may reach Instacart by phone at 1-888-246-7822.

What if my pickup order is ready early?

In some cases, your curbside pickup order may be ready earlier than your scheduled pickup time. All pickup orders are stored in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure food safety. You may pick up your order as soon as you receive notification that the order is ready.


INSTACART+ MEMBERSHIP

Do you offer a membership and how does it work?

Instacart+ is a yearly subscription service that provides Sprouts customers with free delivery and pickup on all orders over $35 made through shop.sprouts.com. Sprouts customers will also get the same benefit on Instacart.com.

How do I use my Instacart+ membership while shopping online with Sprouts?

Once you have successfully signed up for the Instacart+ Membership, visit the “Account Settings” page on shop.sprouts.com or on your Sprouts Mobile app. Navigate to the “Instacart +” section and click on “Link to your Instacart + account”. This will allow you to apply your IC+ benefits to your orders on shop.sprouts.com orders.

How much does an Instacart+ membership cost?

New Instacart+ members are offered a two-week free trial. Afterward, the membership is billed $99 (pre-tax) annually. Instacart+ memberships are not refundable but may be canceled at any time. To cancel your membership, please visit shop.sprouts.com, click on your profile page then select the “Cancel Membership” button.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Are online prices the same as in-store?

In-store value pricing is generally reflected on shop.sprouts.com. Please note, online pricing and product availability may vary or change without notice. The estimated price shown during your online checkout may vary for products purchased by weight (including select meat, bulk, and produce items). Your final total will reflect the prices of items upon purchase in-store and any applicable service fees.

What is the fee for delivery?

The delivery fee is free on your first order over $35! Future delivery fees are based on the delivery option you choose. Instacart+ members get free Fast delivery on orders $35+. For orders less than $35, Fast delivery is $7.99. Scheduled delivery (Later and Super Saver) on orders $10+ are free. Priority delivery is an additional $3. Non-Instacart+ Fast delivery is $7.99, Later is $1.99, and Super Saver is Free. Priority delivery is an additional $3. Prices may vary by location. Some promotion exclusions may apply. Limited to in-stock items. Additional terms apply.

How much does curbside pickup cost?

What is a service fee?

A service fee may apply to each order fulfilled by Instacart. It covers a broad range of operating costs including shopper operations, insurance, background checks, and customer support. The service fee isn’t a tip and doesn’t go to the shopper delivering your order. Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. You can view the service fee total on every order at checkout. Changes to your order, including replacing or refunding an item, may change the service fee. You’ll see the final cost and service fee total on your digital receipt after the order is complete. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.

What is the temporary authorization hold on my card?

When you place your order Instacart places a temporary authorization hold for typically 15% higher than your total order at checkout. This authorization hold is placed in case your total is higher due to special requests, added items, replacement items, or weight adjustments. After delivery, the hold will drop off, and your card will be charged for the final total. The final charge will appear within 7 business days after order completion.

I canceled my order, but I still see an authorization hold on my card.

An authorization hold can take time to drop off from your card or bank account. Please contact your bank directly regarding their authorization hold practices.

How do I enter a promo code?

You may enter a promo code during checkout on shop.sprouts.com or in the mobile app under the checkout totals display.

Where does the tip go? How can I adjust the tip?

The tip goes directly to the shopper who delivered your order. You can add a tip at checkout or within the SMS feedback link after your order is complete. A change in tip, such as an increase can be applied within 24 hours after your order is completed or a decrease within two hours of your completed order.

Is a tip different than the service fee?

A tip is separate from the service fee. 100% of your tip will go directly to the shopper while the service fee covers a broad range of Instacart’s operating cost.


SNAP/EBT

Do you accept SNAP benefits via EBT Card for Pickup & Delivery orders?

Yes, Sprouts customers can pay for online orders with a valid EBT card. Sprouts currently does not accept EBT Cash for online orders. By associating your EBT card to your Sprouts account, you confirm that your card information is current and valid. To successfully use your EBT card, a credit or debit card must also be linked to your Sprouts account to cover fees, bottle deposits in some states, taxes, delivery tips, and any other non-EBT SNAP-eligible items you may want to purchase.

How do I manage my EBT card on my account?

Yes, Sprouts customers can pay for online orders with a valid EBT card. Sprouts currently does not accept EBT Cash for online orders. By associating your EBT card to your Sprouts account, you confirm that your card information is current and valid. To successfully use your EBT card, a credit or debit card must also be linked to your Sprouts account to cover fees, bottle deposits in some states, taxes, delivery tips, and any other non-EBT SNAP-eligible items you may want to purchase. Sprouts customers can pay for online orders with a valid EBT card, in full or in part in in all Sprouts locations. Currently, Sprouts cannot accept EBT cash. By associating your EBT card to your Sprouts account, you confirm that your card information is current and valid. To successfully use your EBT card, a credit or debit card must also be linked to your Sprouts account to cover fees, bottle deposits in some states, taxes, delivery tips, and any other non-EBT SNAP-eligible items you may want to purchase. To add an EBT card to your account on shop.sprouts.com or in the Sprouts app:
  1. Click or tap My Profile
  2. Select EBT SNAP from the Profile menu
  3. Choose Add EBT card
  4. Enter the first name, last name, and card number on the EBT card.
  5. Click or tap Save
Only one EBT card can be saved to your profile. To add a different EBT card, remove the first one. To remove an EBT card from your account on shop.sprouts.com or on the Sprouts app:
  1. Click or tap My Profile
  2. Select EBT SNAP from the Profile menu
  3. Select Remove
  4. Click Remove Card to confirm
  5. Follow the steps above to add the new EBT card to your account
To successfully use your EBT card, a credit or debit card must also be linked to your Sprouts account to cover fees, bottle deposits in some states, taxes, delivery tips, and any other non-EBT SNAP-eligible items you may want to purchase. To add a credit or debit card on shop.sprouts.com or in the app this happens when you check out with your final order. When on the checkout page:
  1. Select Payment Method
  2. Under Add new payment method select Debit / Credit or PayPal
  3. Enter the card information
  4. Click or tap Save

How do I shop for EBT SNAP-eligible items?

To see which items are EBT SNAP eligible, you must first add an EBT SNAP card to your account. From there, you can add a filter to the search feature by selecting the “EBT Eligible” button at the top of the search page. If you are browsing items from the Store Homepage, each item will display “EBT” next to the price when you select a specific item. To confirm which items are EBT SNAP-eligible in your mini-cart prior to checkout, look for the “EBT” callout under each item name.

How do I check out with my EBT card?

To check out, visit your cart and tap or click “Checkout” where you will first be prompted to complete the delivery address and payment information section.
  1. Enter your address and credit or debit card information.
  2. Confirm your EBT card information.
  3. Click or tap “Edit” to change the amount that will apply to your EBT card.
  4. Click “Confirm payment method.”
  5. Confirm all information is correct.
  6. Click “Place Order.”
  7. After placing your order, you will be prompted to enter your EBT card pin to verify your purchase.
You’ll notice there is a payment breakdown on the Place Order section but what will be charged to your EBT card and what will be charged to your credit or debit card. Note: All delivery and service fees, bottle deposit fees in some states, taxes, tips, and any items that are not EBT SNAP-eligible will be charged to your credit or debit card. When reviewing your payment methods and EBT card at checkout, you’ll notice a by-weight items message under EBT card. When purchasing an item by weight, such as meat or produce, your shopper may need to adjust the weight causing the item to be slightly heavier due to in-store availability. If this happens, your EBT SNAP card will be charged for the first 10% of the extra cost and your credit/debit card will be charged for the remainder.

Can I replace items after checkout?

After placing your order, you will be prompted to select replacement items if the item you want is out of stock. Replacement options include:
  • Replace with best match: Your shopper will be prompted to select the best possible replacement for your item. This is the default option for when your items are not available.
  • Choose replacement: To select your own replacement for an item, click the item, then “Choose replacement” to search the catalog or choose a replacement from a list of suggestions.
  • Don’t replace: Click “Don’t replace” to get a refund if the item is out of stock or if you are not satisfied with the suggested replacement.
To avoid charges on your credit or debit card, replacements for EBT SNAP items must be:
  • EBT SNAP-eligible
  • Equal to or less than the value of the original item
If the replacement costs more, the difference will be charged to the credit or debit card you added at checkout by default. You may choose to charge more to the EBT card after adding the item.

Can I add EBT-eligible items after checkout?

Prior to your order being shopped for, you can add items within the order page by clicking “Manage Order.” To access your order, visit “Purchase History” from the dropdown menu. To add an EBT SNAP-eligible item to your order and have it charged to your EBT SNAP card, you must re-authorize the charge for the additional funds. Continue by clicking “Manage Order” and select “Charge More to EBT” to update the EBT amount. You will also be prompted to re-enter your EBT pin before you can submit your request.

How do I get a refund on an EBT items that was not available?

If an EBT items is not available while your order is being fulfilled, the item will not be charged to your EBT card.

WEBSITE & APP

Who do I contact to provide feedback on or receive assistance with Sprouts.com or the Sprouts app?

If you experience technical difficulties with sprouts.com or the Sprouts app, please connect with us here. Please make sure to provide us with a detailed account of the issue as well as the following information:
  • Your “Barcode” number
  • A screenshot of the issue, if possible
  • On mobile: Include your phone model and operating system (iOS or Android)
  • On desktop: Include your web browser and version
  • Include if you are in pickup, delivery or shopping list mode

Which devices are compatible with the Sprouts app?

The Sprouts app is compatible with devices that meet the following criteria:
  • Apple iPhone 6s/iPhone SE or above running iOS 15.0 or higher
  • Android devices running Android 8.0 or higher
The Sprouts app will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select “Update.” The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched. If your phone model and operating system do not meet these criteria, you can still enjoy all our enhanced features on sprouts.com in your mobile web browser.

Can I scan a product barcode on the app?

Definitely! You can find the barcode scanner icon in the right-hand corner of the search bar when you tap on it. Once the product’s barcode is scanned successfully, detailed information will appear on your screen, including a list of ingredients, nutrition information, and any digital coupons currently available.

WEEKLY AD

Is my store’s Weekly Ad available on sprouts.com and the Sprouts App?

It sure is. You can find your store’s Weekly Ad on the home screen of both the website and app. Please be sure to select your preferred store location as sales can vary by region.

How can I view a digital version of the Weekly Ad?

On sprouts.com or the Sprouts app, navigate to the Weekly Ad and select “Digital Ad” in the top right of your screen.

What if I can’t find a Weekly Ad item online?

Not all Weekly Ad items are available at every store location so be sure you have selected your preferred store first. If the item is available at your selected location it will appear online. Items can be added or removed from the store daily. If you are unable to find the item, try checking again the following day.

DIGITAL COUPONS

How do I redeem digital coupons?

We’re proud to offer guests with a Sprouts account more than $100 in savings each month with exclusive promotions and digital coupons. Please log in to your Sprouts account to begin. Redeeming digital coupons in-store: On sprouts.com, visit shop.sprouts.com/store/sprouts/pages/in-store-deals to view available coupons. On the Sprouts app, click the Coupons button. Click the green “Clip” button. After picking up your items in-store, scan your “Barcode” at checkout to redeem your clipped coupon(s). Your unique barcode can be found on the Sprouts app by clicking the three bars at the bottom of the app or at sprouts.com/barcode/. Redeeming digital coupons online: On sprouts.com, visit shop.sprouts.com/shop/coupons to view available coupons. On the Sprouts app, click the Coupons button. Click the green ”Clip” button to add the coupon to your account. Any products with a clipped offer that meet the coupon requirements will receive the discount during your online checkout.

How do I sign up for the Weekly Specials Emails & The Monthly Deals email?

To keep up with all the sales and promotions featured in our Weekly Specials Emails and/or Monthly Deals Email log in to your Sprouts account on sprouts.com. Navigate to your “Account Settings” and select “Manage your account and personal information”. Opt-in under “Send special deals, exclusive Sprouts content and offers via email” and “Send special deals, exclusive Sprouts content and offers via text”, then click “Submit.”

How do I unsubscribe from the email list?

If you no longer wish to receive email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails. Alternatively, you may update your email preferences in the Sprouts app or on sprouts.com. To do this, switch your email interest to “No” in the “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences” section of your profile.


SHOPPING LIST

How can I create a Shopping List and add items to it?

Please ensure that you are browsing in Shopping List mode. Search for a product or click on a Department button to browse available products by category. Click the green “ADD TO LIST” button under an item to add it to your Shopping List. You can view or make changes to your list at any time by clicking on the pencil and paper icon.

How do I remove an item from my Shopping List?

To remove a single item from your Shopping List on shop.sprouts.com, click on the “X” button to the left of the item. On the Sprouts app, click on the trash can icon next to the item to remove it. To clear your entire Shopping List, select “Empty List.”

SPROUTS REWARDS BASICS

What is Sprouts Rewards?

Through Sprouts Rewards, members are eligible to earn points on every purchase (excluding alcohol) made in-store and online. These points are redeemable only to Sprouts Rewards members, and provide exclusive access to special events, offers and more ways to help you live and eat better. Sprouts Rewards is free to join, and members start earning after their first purchase. The program is currently available in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and select cities of Arizona.

Who is eligible to join Sprouts Rewards?

Currently, customers who shop in select markets where Sprouts Rewards is available can join. These markets include: Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and select cities of Arizona.

What are the benefits of Sprouts Rewards?

As a member, you’ll earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible products online and in stores. When you reach 1,000 points, points will automatically be converted to a reward that will be applied to your next purchase of eligible items at a participating Sprouts. Just scan your Sprouts app barcode or enter your phone number at checkout. Points will be exchanged in 1,000-point increments of $2:
  • 1,000 points = $2 reward
  • 2,000 points = $4 reward
  • 3,000 points = $6 reward
  • 4,000 points = $8 reward
  • 5,000 points = $10 reward
In addition, Sprouts Rewards members are eligible for members-only offers and perks, including:
  • Over $100 in digital coupon savings every month
  • Exclusive savings in the Sprouts Weekly Ad

How do I join Sprouts Rewards?

Joining is free and easy!

If you already have a Sprouts account, sign in online or open the Sprouts app to confirm your zip code is set to a Rewards market zip code and your delivery store on the home page is your preferred Rewards market store. Accept the terms to enroll, verify your phone number is correct, and you’re all set to earn and redeem points!

If you don’t currently have a Sprouts account, create one here or download the app. Next, join Sprouts Rewards by signing-up for an account and accepting the program terms to enroll.

Are all Sprouts stores participating in the Sprouts Rewards program?

At this time, points can only be earned and redeemed in select Sprouts Rewards market locations for both in-store and online purchases. These markets include: Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and select cities of Arizona.

If you already have a Sprouts account and shop in shop in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Tucson, AZ, but you weren’t prompted to enroll, log in and update your zip code within your profile to a Rewards market. Sign out of your account and then log back in to see information related to Sprouts Rewards. Accept the terms and start scanning to earn points at your location!

Can I participate in Sprouts Rewards without the Sprouts app?

Yes. You can join online and enter your phone number at checkout to enjoy all of the benefits of Sprouts Rewards even without using the Sprouts App.

Does the program cost anything?

Sprouts Rewards is free to join and members start earning points to help them live and eat better on your first purchase either in-store, or online.

How long does it take to become a member after I sign up?

It doesn’t take long to see your rewards grow. You’ll become a member immediately after confirming your account information and accepting the terms of the program online or on the app.

Do I need to join Sprouts Rewards to receive Sprouts emails?

If you are in a participating market (Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Tucson, Arizona) you will need to become a member to receive Sprouts Emails. Sign-up here to join!

How can I opt out of the program?

To opt-out of Sprouts Rewards, you will need to delete your account. To delete your account, please reach out to our customer care team via our contact form. Select the topic “Website & App Feedback” and include “I want to delete my Sprouts account” in the message. In most cases, we will email you a reply within the next few days.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to join Sprouts Rewards?

Joining Sprouts Rewards is a piece of cake, if you already have a Sprouts Account, there’s no need to create a new one. Simply follow the steps below to join:

  • Log in to your Sprouts Account
  • Confirm your zip code is set to a Rewards market zip code and your pick-up/delivery store on our home page is your preferred Rewards market store
  • Accept the program terms and conditions
  • Verify your phone number and email
That’s it! Rewards Members will start earning on their very next purchase of qualifying items after scanning their barcode or entering their phone number at checkout.

How do I view my Sprouts Rewards points balance and recent transactions?

Your account information is available online and, on the app. Simply sign in to your Sprouts account, click “My Rewards” in the banner or Quick Link at the top of the page and view your account information. If you don’t see the link for “My Rewards”, verify your delivery store on our home page is your preferred Rewards market store. You can also go to your rewards page here.

Where can I find my Sprouts Rewards barcode?

Click the “My Rewards” button at the top of the Sprouts app. If you don’t see the link for “My Rewards”, verify your pick-up/delivery store on our home page is your preferred Rewards market store.

Can I combine multiple accounts with different addresses or phone numbers?

How do I reset my password?

Visit the sign-in page on the app or in a web browser and select “Forgot Password”. A verification code will be emailed to enter and reset your password. If you do not receive the email with the verification code, check your spam/junk folder.


EARNING POINTS

How do I earn points on my purchases?

Currently, Sprouts Rewards is available in select markets. Points will only be earned on purchases made at a store or online in the participating markets including: Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Tucson, Arizona.

When it comes to earning points, you have plenty of options – no matter how you like to shop.

In-store: Enter your phone number or scan your Sprouts app barcode at checkout, and your points will automatically be added to your account. Points will be earned for eligible products and member rewards once payment has been made.

Note: If you prefer to enter your phone number at checkout, confirm the phone number you are entering is the same phone number associated with your Sprouts account. You can confirm or update your phone number by navigating to “Account Settings” > “Account Info” > “Manage your account info” in the app or “Account Settings” > “Manage your account” in a browser.

Online, on the app or for pickup or delivery: Your Sprouts Rewards account will be automatically entered with your order. Points will be earned for eligible products after the order status is marked “complete.”

Note: Points will be earned based on your in-store total (excluding any delivery fees, etc.).

How do points work?

Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible products online and in store, as well as members-only perks like bonus-point promotions.

Points are earned on eligible purchases and are not earned on delivery fees, taxes, alcohol, postage, gift cards and gift certificates. See our terms for full list of ineligible items.

Oh no! I forgot to scan my barcode at checkout. Can I apply the purchase to my account later?

Life’s busy – we get it. Please contact us within 72 hours of your transaction and a customer care team member will be glad to assist you.

You will need to provide the receipt ID for online purchases. For in-store purchases, you will need to provide the point of sale ID, transaction ID, and date.

At this time, points will only be earned and redeemed at our Sprouts Rewards store locations including Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and/or Tucson, Arizona. . You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! You’ll earn points on the purchase of any eligible products in markets where Sprouts Rewards is available.

Are there exclusions on earning points?

Yes. Exclusions include but are not limited to delivery fees, taxes, alcohol, postage, gift cards and gift certificates. See our terms for a full list of ineligible products.

How long does it take for points to show up in my account?

Points will be available in your account within 24 hours after your purchase is complete.

Can I earn points for purchases I made before creating my Sprouts Rewards account?

Yes. If you would like to request credit for a purchase made prior to creating your Sprouts account and after the launch of Sprouts Rewards in your area, you may submit a claim for points for up to 72 hours after your purchase by contacting us with your point of sale ID, transaction ID, and date.

Will I earn points for the purchase I made on the day I signed up?

Absolutely! If you signed up for Sprouts Rewards or logged in to your existing account to confirm your account information and accept the terms prior to your purchase, you’ll earn points.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout in stores. To confirm the phone number associated with your Sprouts account, go to “Account Settings” > “Account Info” > “Manage your account info” in the app or “Account Settings” > “Manage your account” in a browser.


REDEEMING POINTS

How do I redeem points toward a purchase?

Don’t worry, we’ll do it all for you! Points will automatically be converted to a reward that will be applied to your next purchase of eligible items at a participating Sprouts Farmers Markets. Just scan your member ID barcode or enter your phone number at checkout. Points will be exchanged in 1,000-point increments of $2:

  • 1,000 points = $2 reward
  • 2,000 points = $4 reward
  • 3,000 points = $6 reward
  • 4,000 points = $8 reward
  • 5,000 points = $10 reward
The coupon amount will be printed on your receipt, and you’ll be able to see a redemption transaction on your Sprouts Rewards account page under “Recent Transactions.” If you are subscribed to communications from Sprouts, you will also receive a communication confirming the redemption.

Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?

There is no limit to how many points you can redeem! For every 1,000 points you earn, you’ll get a $2 reward on your next purchase of eligible products in markets where Sprouts Rewards is available.

Are there exclusions on redeeming points?

Yes. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, delivery fees, taxes, alcohol, postage, gift cards and gift certificates.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points will expire on a rolling 6-month basis. All points earned in the current month will expire on the 1st day of the 7th month.

Example: Customer earns points in the month of December 2024, all points earned in December will expire on July 1st, 2025.

ORDERING

Can I use EBT for my holiday meal or catering tray?

EBT cards are an acceptable form of payment for holiday meal purchases but purchase and payment must be made in-store.

How do I cancel or update my order?

Holiday pre-orders cannot be changed once the order is placed. To choose a different item, please cancel your order and begin a new order. Please note, reorders are subject to product availability. You may cancel your holiday pre-orders online for a full refund with no additional fees up until two days before the scheduled in-store pickup. To cancel your order, view your order within purchase history and click the “Cancel Order” button. To change or cancel your order within two days before your designated pickup date, please contact your selected pickup store. Pre-orders are subject to Sprouts cancellation policy.

What is the temporary pre-order authorization hold on my card?

A temporary pre-authorization hold for the cost of your item(s), rounded to the nearest dollar, will be placed on your account until the transaction is completed on your selected pickup date to ensure payment is available in your account upon pick up. The pre-authorization will be renewed by your bank every seven days. If an authorization hold cannot be renewed, your order will be systematically canceled. The temporary hold on your card will be released on your pickup date and you will only be charged for the cost of your pre-order at the end of that day.

Do you offer gift cards to nonprofit organizations at a discount for fundraising purposes?

Sprouts participates in the SCRIP Fundraising Program to help nonprofit organizations by offering Sprouts gift cards at a 5% discounted rate which can be re-sold at full price to raise funds. Learn more here.

During the gift card promotion, can I buy a $100 gift card for $89.99 online?

No, during our buy a $100 gift card for $89.99 gift card promotion, you can only purchase the gift cards in-store at your local Sprouts. There is a limit of three per customer.

Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on a gift card?

Sprouts gift cards can be loaded for any amount between $5 and $100. You can purchase up to $2,000 worth of gift cards in a single transaction.

How do I check my gift card balance?

To check your gift card balance, visit Sprouts Gift Card Balance.

Do Sprouts gift cards expire or have any fees?

Sprouts gift cards never expire. After 12 months of inactivity, as of the date of purchase, a service fee may be charged against any remaining balance, except where prohibited by law.


BUYS & SENDING

Can gift cards be purchased internationally?

Gift cards must be purchased with a credit or debit card with a U.S. billing address and must be mailed to a U.S. mailing address.

Can I reload the value on my existing gift card?

Gift cards may be reloaded in-store; however, this service is not available online.

Can I pick up my gift cards at a store?

Gift cards purchased online cannot be sent to any Sprouts location for pickup at this time. Gift cards may be purchased in-store at any Sprouts location apart from the stores in Chula Vista, CA.

How many gift cards may I purchase at once?

You may purchase up to 10 gift cards in a single transaction. Multiple transactions must be completed to purchase more than 10 gift cards.

Can I get a discount if I purchase in bulk?

Can I change the value of my gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?

All gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, a new transaction will be required.

What if I need a rush order? Is overnight delivery available?

Sprouts offers overnight delivery of gift cards through FedEx for additional fee of $25. Gift card delivery time varies based on the shipping method chosen.

What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Sprouts does not replace any lost or stolen gift cards unless your online order was not received. If your order was lost or stolen during shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. Sprouts only honors gift cards sold in our stores or on sprouts.com. Gift cards obtained through third-party entities cannot be guaranteed by Sprouts. Where is my gift card order?

Online gift card orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping method is regular U.S. stamped mail and cannot be tracked. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Can gift cards be redeemed for cash?

Sprouts gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.

When will I receive my bulk gift cards?

What is the minimum purchase for bulk orders?

Sprouts bulk gift cards can be loaded for any amount between $5.00 and $200.00. Bulk orders must total $10,000 or more and can be ordered here. Orders less than $10,000.00 do not qualify for bulk orders and must be placed here.

What payment methods can I use?

Sprouts requires your first order to be paid by check, ACH or wire. Thereafter, Sprouts accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), check, ACH and wire for bulk gift card purchases. Payment must be received before a gift card order is shipped. Orders paid for by a check, ACH or wire payment will remain pending until payment has been received and deposited. Purchasers will receive an email stating that the payment has been approved and again when the shipment is sent.
