Yes, there is a limit. When redeeming through the app or website, you can redeem your points in 1,000-point increments, with a maximum of 25,000 points per transaction. If you’re redeeming at a full-service cash register or self-checkout in-store, you can redeem all your points at once, with the maximum of 25,000 points per transaction.
You can choose to bank your points or have them converted into rewards once you reach 1,000 points. If you decide to bank your points, they will accumulate until you’re ready to redeem them. When you choose to convert your points from your Rewards account page, your reward will be applied to your next purchase of eligible items at a participating store.
If you don’t redeem your points through the app or website prior to your next transaction, you can choose to redeem them all at the full-service cash register or self-checkout in-store.
To apply your rewards, scan your barcode or enter your phone number at checkout. Points will be redeemed in 1,000-point increments, each worth $2:
- 1,000 points = $2 reward
- 2,000 points = $4 reward
- 3,000 points = $6 reward
- 4,000 points = $8 reward
- 5,000 points = $10 reward
The reward amount will be printed on your receipt, and you’ll be able to see your redemption activity on your Sprouts Rewards account page under “Points History.” If you are subscribed to communications from Sprouts, you will also receive a communication confirming the redemption.
You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout in stores. To confirm the phone number associated with your Sprouts account, go to
“Account Settings” > “Account Info” > “Manage your account info” in the app or
“Account Settings” > “Manage your account” in a browser.
