How do I view my past in-store purchases?
All your online purchases will be displayed in “Your Orders.” We are working to bring back in-store purchase history as well.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire on a rolling 6-month basis. All points earned in the current month will expire on the 1st day of the 7th month.
Example: Customer earns points in the month of December 2024, all points earned in December will expire on July 1st, 2025.
Are there exclusions on redeeming points?
Yes. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, delivery fees, taxes, alcohol, postage, gift cards and gift certificates.
Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?
Yes, there is a limit. When redeeming through the app or website, you can redeem your points in 1,000-point increments, with a maximum of 25,000 points per transaction. If you’re redeeming at a full-service cash register, you can either redeem all your points at once or none at all, with the maximum of 25,000 points per transaction.
How do I redeem points toward a purchase?
You can choose to bank your points or have them converted into rewards once you reach 1,000 points. If you decide to bank your points, they will accumulate until you’re ready to redeem them. When you choose to convert your points from your Rewards account page, your reward will be applied to your next purchase of eligible items at a participating store.
If you don’t redeem your points through the app or website, you can choose to redeem them all or none at the full-service cash register.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout in stores. To confirm the phone number associated with your Sprouts account, go to “Account Settings” > “Account Info” > “Manage your account info” in the app or “Account Settings” > “Manage your account” in a browser.
Will I earn points for the purchase I made on the day I signed up?
Absolutely! If you signed up for Sprouts Rewards or logged in to your existing account to confirm your account information and accept the terms prior to your purchase, you’ll earn points.
Can I earn points for purchases I made before creating my Sprouts Rewards account?
Yes. If you would like to request credit for a purchase made prior to creating your Sprouts account and after the launch of Sprouts Rewards in your area, you may submit a claim for points for up to 72 hours after your purchase by contacting us with your point of sale ID, transaction ID, and date.
How long does it take for points to show up in my account?
Points will be available in your account within 24 hours after your purchase is complete.
