Can I redeem offers more than once?


Most digital coupons can only be redeemed once, however there are occasions where a special promotion will allow you to redeem an offer multiple times. These multi-redeem digital coupons can be identified by an icon that says “Unlimited” in the offer image.

How do I place a catering order on sprouts.com or the Sprouts app?


To place an order on sprouts.com you must be logged into your Sprouts account. Once you are logged in, click “Shop Now” and select “Place a Catering Order for Pickup.” Next, browse through the items that are available for ordering at the location you selected. Once you’ve chosen your items and quantities, click “Add to Cart.” You may add notes for the store, update your order, or simply checkout from the cart page. At checkout, you may confirm your pick-up location, enter your pick-up time and add your contact information. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation number on the screen and through email for your reference. Payment for all catering orders is accepted at the store at the time of pickup and checkout. To place an order on the Sprouts app, simply tap on the navigation menu and select “Shopping Options.” Then tap “Place a Catering Order for Pickup.” Here, you will be asked to confirm your store location and “Reserve Pickup Time” in order to select from the catering options available at your local Sprouts store. Once you have completed your catering order, you may browse products available in your store again by tapping the navigation menu and selecting “Shopping Options.” From there, select “Shopping List.” This will allow you to view every item available and on sale at your local store.

How do dollars off basket Checkout Challenges work?


Dollars off basket Checkout Challenges work the same as product based coupon challenges. If you spend the necessary amount during the offer valid dates on qualifying products your meter will track your progress on the Checkout Challenge. When you have earned enough for your reward you will receive it on your next qualifying visit. Please keep in mind item exclusions such as beer, wine, postage and gift cards may not qualify towards Checkout Challenge or the reward coupon. Every dollar you spend before tax will be tracked in your progress bar and updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect your balance. These Checkout Challenges are not valid on delivery through Instacart.

How do unlimited Checkout Challenges work?


Unlimited Checkout Challenges allow you to earn infinite rewards by completing the challenge as many times as you would like before the offer expires. These are unique checkout challenges that will say “UNLIMITED” in the offer name or image. You will still receive your reward during the same transaction if you qualify. You can also earn multiple rewards in the same trip if your purchase at checkout qualifies for multiple rewards.

What is a Checkout Challenge and how do I activate it?


Sprouts “Checkout Challenges” unlock special reward coupons. Each challenge requires you to earn a specific number of checkmarks to unlock your reward. This can be done in a single transaction or through multiple transactions. To activate “Checkout Challenges” on sprouts.com, click “WAYS TO SAVE” in the top navigation menu. On the Sprouts app, tap on “myBarcode” and then select the “Checkout Challenges” badge to view the available challenges. Select the challenge you would like to start by clicking on the “Activate” button. With the new sprouts.com and the Sprouts app, when you complete a checkout challenge, your reward coupon is automatically clipped. Your free item coupon will be available in your “Digital Coupons” located under “WAYS TO SAVE” on sprouts.com or the “Digital Coupon” icon on the Sprouts app. Your reward can be used during the same transaction by scanning your “myBarcode” on your smartphone or provide your preferred phone number during checkout for instant savings!

How do I print my coupons?


Sprouts’ digital coupons are paperless and can be redeemed by scanning your “myBarcode” found on the Sprouts app during checkout. If you do not have a smartphone, you can redeem your digital coupons by sharing the phone number associated with your Sprouts account at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance to redeem coupons in this manner.

Clipped coupons are automatically added to your account and will automatically be added to your “myBarcode.” You may redeem your clipped coupons in store by scanning the barcode on your Sprouts app or by asking your cashier to enter your phone number at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance to redeem coupons in this manner. The new sprouts.com and the Sprouts app allows you to see which products qualify for each digital coupon below the coupon offer. You do not need to add any products to your shopping list for your coupon to work. However, you can use the shopping list for advanced planning and add items to achieve the quantity need to satisfy the coupon’s requirements. Can mobile coupons be used without the Sprouts App?

Can customers share recipes from the recipe cooking mode?


At this time, recipes cannot be shared through our digital platforms. Customer feedback is important to Sprouts and we’ll continue to monitor our guests’ feedback to determine if this is a feature we should add at a later date.
