Once you log in with your sprouts.com account that matches your Instacart account, you will be prompted to link your existing Instacart account. Click the “Send Code Now” link within the modal. You will receive the code via your email on file. Once you enter that code, you’ll be able to see your previous Instacart orders and Express Membership on sprouts.com.
There are two ways to link your account. You can log in with Instacart within the log in modal. Enter your email address and password associated with your Instacart account. You will have to allow Sprouts to use your Instacart account.
Instacart Express members get unlimited free delivery and pickup on all orders over $35. To sign up or manage your Instacart Express membership visit our Instacart Express page
. There you can manage your Express subscription type, renewal settings, subscription payment method, and even set a subscription renewal reminder.
Instacart express is $99/year or $9.99/month. Please note that cancelling your membership renewal will not cancel your active membership for the current period or issue a refund for a membership renewal charge.

Instacart is a service that allows customers the opportunity to pick up their groceries without the hassle of shopping in store. Pickup windows can be scheduled for the same day or up to several days in advance. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be sent a SMS to your phone along with directions for how to retrieve your order.
If your first order is over $35, will be free! Future pickup fees depend on the order size and the delivery time selected. In most cities, delivery starts at $1.99.
You may pick up your order inside or wait while an Instacart shopper brings it out to your car. Most stores have dedicated parking spots for you to wait in while your order out is brought out to you. Store-specific instructions will be provided for your order before you arrive. For orders containing alcohol, bring a valid form of ID. As long as you arrive before the end of the latest Pickup window, your order will still be ready to go. If you are unable to pick up your order that day, it will automatically be cancelled and you’ll be refunded, but charged with a $15 fee.
When adding an address to you sprouts.com account, you can specify delivery instructions which will be seen by your delivery driver when they head your way. Useful info includes parking locations, building security or gate info, specific directions to locate your address.
You will be contacted by the SMS on the mobile phone number associated with the address you are being delivered to. You may also view the status by clicking the order in your purchase history
