Do my points expire?

Yes. After 12 months without an eligible product purchase at participating Sprouts Farmers Market, your points will expire. Your account will remain active, so you can start earning again at any time.

Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?

There is no limit to how many points you can redeem! For every 1,000 points you earn, you’ll get a $2 reward on your next purchase of eligible products in markets where Sprouts Rewards is available (Tucson, AZ, and Nashville, TN, area locations).

How do I redeem points toward a purchase?

Don’t worry, we’ll do it all for you! Points will automatically be converted to a reward that will be applied to your next purchase of eligible items at a participating Sprouts Farmers Markets. Just scan your member ID barcode at checkout. Points will be exchanged in 1,000-point increments of $2:

  • 1,000 points = $2 reward
  • 2,000 points = $4 reward
  • 3,000 points = $6 reward
  • 4,000 points = $8 reward
  • 5,000 points = $10 reward
The coupon amount will be printed on your receipt, and you’ll be able to see a redemption transaction on your Sprouts Rewards account page under “Recent Transactions.” If you are subscribed to communications from Sprouts, you will also receive a communication confirming the redemption.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

You will not earn points on your purchase if you do not enter the correct phone number associated with your account or scan your barcode at checkout in stores. To confirm the phone number associated with your Sprouts account, go to My Profile or on the app.

Can I earn points for purchases I made before creating my Sprouts Rewards account?

If you are a current Sprouts account holder or sign up via text-to-join, you will automatically start earning points on your eligible purchases. You won’t be able to redeem points until you fully enroll in Sprouts Rewards by completing enrollment online or on the Sprouts app.
