Repeat with the remaining batter. Tip: If you have the ingredients, try serving with fresh fruit, creamy peanut butter or sweet-spicy cinnamon for a fun take!

Day 5: No-bake  Cookies

Satisfy your sweet tooth cravings without the bake-time! No-bake cookies are a delicious blend of nutty peanut butter and rich cocoa—perfect for making your day a little better.

Cooking on medium heat, stir the mixture frequently until all ingredients are blended, bringing the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, let sit for seventy-five seconds, refraining from stirring. Remove from heat, adding in peanut butter, oats and vanilla extract, combining completely. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, drop two tablespoons of mixture at a time. Let cool until hardened (about 20-30 minutes).

Tip: To jazz up this simple lemonade, try adding apple and ginger, blackberry and basil, lavender and berry or fresh kale!
Homemade overnight oats in a jar with fruit

Day 8: Easy Overnight  Oats

Breakfast is easy when you make it the night before! Simply combine oats, milk of choice and toppings for a quick breakfast or snack. Give this recipe a try or get creative with whatever you may have in your pantry.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Banana, ripe
  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond butter
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • Fruit for topping
How to: Mash the almond butter, honey and banana into a jar or bowl. Once combined, add the milk and oats. Stir well to combine. Cover your jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight. Tip: If you don’t like cold oats, you can still pop it in the microwave for a warm treat.

Day 9: DIY Dry Shampoo

One of the best self-care tips for when you’re staying home is to still get ready in the morning. It can help you feel refreshed and promote a daily routine. If you find yourself running low on your favorite beauty essentials, you may be able to create them from scratch–like this homemade dry shampoo!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Baking soda
  • 1-2 drops Essential oil of choice
  • Cocoa powder as needed to match your hair color
How to: Combine ingredients in a bowl, slowly adding cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon at a time until the color begins to match your roots. Blonde hair without dark roots may not need any cocoa powder at all. Very dark hair, such as black, can forego the cornstarch and just use cocoa powder and baking soda. Apply mixture with an old makeup brush to your roots and brush through hair to blend.

Yogurt Pizza dough

Day 14: Yogurt  Pizza Dough

Homemade pizza dough isn’t as hard as it may seem. Our friend, Danny Seo, gave us a simple, two-ingredient recipe that anyone can make!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Organic Greek plain whole milk yogurt
  • Pizza toppings of choice
How to: Combine flour and yogurt on a cutting board or in a bowl, mix with hands until dough forms. Once dough is formed, sprinkle some flour on countertop or cutting board and roll dough into pizza shape with a rolling pin. Place dough on baking sheet. Add toppings of choice (Danny used tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella balls and added fresh basil once cooked). Fold in edges of dough to form a crust, cook 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted at 450°F. Tip: If the dough feels too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time while pushing the dough down and out, stretching it flat in front of you with the heels of your hands.
