Who do I contact to provide feedback on or receive assistance with Sprouts.com or the Sprouts app?
If you experience technical difficulties with sprouts.com or the Sprouts app, please connect with us here. Please make sure to provide us with a detailed account of the issue as well as the following information:
- Your “my Barcode” number
- A screenshot of the issue, if possible
- On mobile: Include your phone model and operating system (iOS or Android)
- On desktop: Include your web browser and version
- Include if you are in pickup, delivery or shopping list mode
Which devices are compatible with the Sprouts app?
The Sprouts app is compatible with devices that meet the following criteria:
- Apple iPhone 5s or above running iOS 13.0 or higher
- Android devices running Android 8.0 or higher
Can I scan a product barcode on the app?
Definitely! You can find the barcode scanner icon in the right-hand corner of the search bar when you tap on it. Once the product’s barcode is scanned successfully, detailed information will appear on your screen, including a list of ingredients, nutrition information, and any digital coupons currently available.
How do I create a Sprouts account?

How do I delete my Sprouts account?
To delete your account, please reach out to our Customer Relations team via our contact form. Select the topic “Website & App Feedback” and include “I want to delete my Sprouts account” in the message. In most cases, we will email you a reply within the next few days.
How do I update my personal information?
You may update your personal information such as your email address, phone number, and delivery address within the “My Profile” section of your Sprouts account.
How do I set my preferred store location?
Click on the preset store location and enter your city or zip code into the search bar and choose your preferred location. Please note our website and app will default to our Scottsdale location if you do not select a store.

How can I become a new vendor at Sprouts?
Sprouts regularly reviews new vendors and new products for every department. Suppliers must meet significant capacity, distribution, insurance, marketing and other requirements in order to support our stores. Sprouts also brings a significant contingent to Expo West in Anaheim each March, which is a good place to meet with us and introduce us to your products.
