If the shopper has not starting shopping yet, you can update your order within the order page by clicking the modify order button. To access your order please visit your purchase history. If your shopper has already started shopping, please contact them via SMS to make any necessary adjustments. How do I cancel an order? You can cancel your delivery for a full refund with no additional fees up until we start shopping for your order. To cancel your order, view your order within purchase history and click the cancel order button. If you no longer see a cancel order button within the order, your order may already be connected to a shopper, please contact Instacart Customer Support to cancel your order.
