Yes! You can create an order for delivery or pickup by visiting our shopping site shop.sprouts.com.
What if I can’t find an item I would like to order?
Once your shopper starts shopping, you can message them with the special request. You can also add an order note within your order while you are checking out.
What if there is a problem with my Instacart order?

How can I add instructions for items in my order?
After an item has been added to your cart, you can click add a note to make a specific request to an item. These notes will be saved for future orders placed on sprouts.com.
What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
Although we do our best to provide the most up to update information in our product catalog, we can’t always guarantee an item will be in stock. You will be offered the option to replace or refund out of stock items via SMS while your shopper is shopping your order. By default, items added to your cart will default to be replaced with best match, but you can disable substitutions while checking out.
How do I add or update an existing order?
If the shopper has not starting shopping yet, you can update your order within the order page by clicking the modify order button. To access your order please visit your purchase history. If your shopper has already started shopping, please contact them via SMS to make any necessary adjustments.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your delivery for a full refund with no additional fees up until we start shopping for your order. To cancel your order, view your order within purchase history and click the cancel order button. If you no longer see a cancel order button within the order, your order may already be connected to a shopper, please contact Instacart Customer Support to cancel your order.
