Carpinito Brothers Farm

Carpinito Brothers Farm

Brothers Mike and Dan Carpinito began farming and selling pumpkins while still in high school over 50 years ago. Today, their sons successfully run the family farm and grow the freshest leafy greens, beans and beets for our stores. Located in the Green River Valley, the Carpinito Brothers Farm is extremely unique due to its soil that receives the benefits of glacial runoff to grow the best produce around! To this day, the Carpinito Brothers Farm remains the largest grower in the area, allowing them to serve the local Washington community through stores and their own farm stand in Kent, Washington.

Chelan Fresh Cherries

Chelan Fresh is one of the many unique, family-owned farms used to source our juicy, seasonal cherries. Located in Washington along the Cascade Mountains, the clean rivers and warm, mountain sun allow them to grow their fresh, Chelan Fresh Dark Sweet Cherries. The 4th generation family farm ensures the cherries are grown to exacting standards for the best flavor and eating experience during their short season.

Mosby Farms

Located in the heart of the Green River Valley, Mosby Farms is proud to bring the local Washington community farm-fresh, high-quality produce like summer squashes, rhubarb, beets and cucumbers. This family-owned farm was founded in 1977 by Burr Mosby, who hand-delivered squash out of his pickup truck to local grocers. Keeping the tradition alive, Mosby Farms continues to harvest by hand and carefully cultivates all their produce for you to enjoy.

Sterino Farms greenhouse and produce items.

Sterino Farm

Founded in 1923 by the Sterino family, this fourth-generation farm grows a unique selection of delicious berries, cabbage, corn, lettuce and other fresh produce in Tacoma, Washington. Michael Sterino started a small, 15-acre farm after migrating from Naples Italy with his wife to grow their first crops of pie cherries, raspberries and blackberries. Throughout the years, the development of the city around destroyed much of this original land, forcing them to expand across the street but allowing for more acreage. Today, Michael’s great grandson operates the farm and continues the tradition of bringing high-quality produce to the local Washington community.
