Which devices are compatible with the Sprouts app?

The Sprouts app is compatible with devices that meet the following criteria:

Apple iPhone 6s/iPhone SE or above running iOS 15.0 or higher
Android devices running Android 8.0 or higher

The Sprouts app will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select “Update.” The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched. If your phone model and operating system do not meet these criteria, you can still enjoy all our enhanced features on sprouts.com in your mobile web browser.

Can I scan a product barcode on the app?

Definitely! You can find the barcode scanner icon in the right-hand corner of the search bar when you tap on it. Once the product’s barcode is scanned successfully, detailed information will appear on your screen, including a list of ingredients, nutrition information, and any digital coupons currently available.

How do I create a Sprouts account?

How do I delete my Sprouts account?

To delete your account, please reach out to our Customer Relations team via our contact form. Select the topic “Website & App Feedback” and include “I want to delete my Sprouts account” in the message. In most cases, we will email you a reply within the next few days.

How do I update my personal information?

You may update your personal information such as your email address, phone number, and delivery address within the “My Profile” section of your Sprouts account.

How do I set my preferred store location?

Click on the preset store location and enter your city or zip code into the search bar and choose your preferred location. Please note our website and app will default to our Scottsdale location if you do not select a store.
