Burbank, CA – I just wanted to share that I recently made the switch from Trader Joe's to Sprouts because of the large selection and exceptional customer service! I really love the variety of vegan alternatives because I can always find what I need, which saves me so much time! Also, the workers are always very helpful. I love going in when Rick is working because he's always so helpful and respectful. He answers my questions with a smile and takes the time to show me where specific products are, I never feel like I'm bothering or annoying him. Rick also recommends new products for me to try which is great because I recently became vegan and sometimes it gets annoying having to read all the labels; it's great (and rare!) having someone in your local grocery store who remembers you and helps make grocery shopping less of a hassle! I love Sprouts and I love Rick! Can't wait to see what he has waiting for me next time I come in :)

Carmel Mountain Ranch, CA – Hello, over the weekend I visited your store in Carmel Mtn. for the first time. This only after visiting the Trader Joe's across the street from you and being disappointed with their selection and service. I was pleasantly surprised with how big, beautiful and clean your store is. WOW! I was shopping around for items that I needed for a small get together I was having at my new home and St. Patty's Day too. Not only did I find everything that I needed, but I also received amazing service from a young man working in your cheese section. His name was Jamie. As I looked around for different cheeses to purchase for appetizers he greeted me in a very friendly manner with a big smile and asked if I needed help finding anything? I informed him that I was looking for small finger food and appetizer type of items. He suggested a few varieties and even made me a sample of Mini toasts with Mascarpone and some sort of Fig jam. OMG! This was not only delicious but I have never had anyone at any store go out of their way like that to make a sample of something for me. Needless to say, I purchased every single item he suggested. (6 different items) I proceeded with my shopping and I have to say that every part of the store that I shopped in, I was kindly assisted by everyone I came in contact with. I purchased some sausage from your meat dept. and the young man that assisted me in the dept. was very helpful and friendly as well but I couldn't see his name. Finally when I went to pay for my now full cart of groceries I was helped by Matt. He was a great cashier but seemed to be very busy helping other employees. He did however take care of my order quickly and efficiently. I am in love with this store and I think I have found my new store. Your employees are great!

Phoenix – E. Glendale Ave., AZ – Congratulations on your new store at 16th Street and Glendale Ave. in Phoenix. What a show place! There is plenty of room, everything is well stocked, and the staff is top notch. Our neighborhood is richer because you've arrived! Thank you. Special thanks to every staff member with whom I have had an opportunity to interact. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and willing to go above-and-beyond, regardless of the request. And, oh my, you make the dietary side of my life (gluten-free) a dream with a myriad of choices. Thank You - and welcome to the neighborhood.

San Pedro, CA – We received a call from a customer who wanted to let us know about Vinnie in the meat department. She said he was so nice and “amazing” and gave her the best customer service!

Lafayette, CO – I have always had really great customer service experiences at this store. However, today will stand out in my mind. Corey was so nice and helpful to me and I just had to say thank you!!!

Tucson – E. Speedway Blvd, AZ – Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know I had a great experience at your store today! I figure normally you guys get a lot of complaints when people contact you, so I thought I'd offer some praise. One of your employees in the deli, named Zach was super awesome. First, all of the deli staff was super friendly and they looked like they were having a good time. I ordered a sandwich to be made while I picked up a few other items. When the sandwich was done, Zach tracked me down and handed me it to me - which was really nice. Then, when he saw that my arms were full, he went and grabbed me a basket! Anyway, I just thought he went above and beyond and should be recognized for it. That's all. Keep up the good work guys! 

San Diego – Pacific Beach, CA – Just wanted to let you know how great my last trip was to the market. Everyone was very helpful and nice, without any exceptions. IGNACIO in the meat and fish department was exceptionally friendly and helpful and a motivation to come again. This was much different than my last experience in the fish department at a different market!

Phoenix – E. Indian School Rd., AZ – Hello! So many times I feel that people only talk about what they dislike, so little is there recognition for what makes a place great; that being said I want to applaud sprouts and share a few of my favorite aspects of your company.

1. Quality - Who knew black olives weren't actually naturally black? Thank you for maintaining integrity and quality in your store brand-whether it's tuna that insists on being wild, olives or anything else.

2. Size - wow after shopping here for a month, the size of other grocery stores is enough to give you a panic attack. The fact that I can see the whole store is not only comforting, but also a nice change of pace from "consumer nation."

3. Coupons that last for a month. Thank you for not making me a slave to the weekly ads, I don't have time for that.

4. The people-everyone is always friendly, helpful, and just downright wonderful. I am always completely at home here.

5. You carry sashimi grade tuna. 'Nough said

Claremont, CA – I just wanted to let you know how friendly and helpful Grant is. I've been going to the store for a few years now, and always look for his checkout line. He's cheerful, helpful, and,-FAST! Great guy!

Denver – S. Colorado Blvd, CO – I want to give two big thumbs up for my cashier last Saturday. Cashier Name, JOHN. Thank you "John." He guided me to a money saving offer. Great!!

Elk Grove, CA – Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that I got the Spinach Pasta Salad today and I LOVE IT!!!!! It may well be the best salad I have ever gotten from a deli to date. I am allergic to onions and lettuce (which I love) and finding a deli salad that tastes good and lacks the aforementioned ingredients is not easy. So, kudos to you!!!!!

Laguna Niguel, CA – We received a call from a faithful Sprouts customer who wanted us to know about some very special people working at the Laguna Niguel store. John the store director, Nikki, Kat, Jake and Jason have “always been helpful, professional and patient” She went on to say they have “always made her feel that she is important and that she is welcome in the store.”

Monrovia, CA – I just wanted to let you guys know that Alan from the produce department has provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. I am a frequent shopper at this location and whenever I need something from produce, Alan, is my go-to guy. He is very attentive and makes each customer feel happy with their experience at sprouts.

Murray, UT – I shopped at the Murray, UT Sprouts store while vacationing in Salt Lake City for Spring Break. I had never shopped at Sprouts before. I was so impressed! The food selection was amazing. I fell in love with the freshly ground chicken brats. The produce and bulk items were also enjoyed. I would like to suggest you consider putting a Sprouts store in Bloomington, Indiana, the hometown of Indiana University. It is a very health conscious trendy town that has only two small local stores that carry some of the items you do, but not at the prices or selection you do. You would do very well in this town, if you ever consider going East, please consider us. You would get a lot of business. 

Escondido, CA – I had a very positive experience with Karol in the supplement dept. She was super helpful and made a recommendation that solved my problem. I even recommended the supplement to a friend, who also bought it in your store. She is a 'keeper.' Love my Sprouts!

Las Vegas – E. Tropicana Ave., NV – Last month I stopped into Sprout’s # 501 Las Vegas East store at 3365 E. Tropicana, Ave, Las Vegas, NV and upon arrival I was greeted by a young man named Manny who was putting shopping carts away harvested from the parking lot. I asked Manny a few question as this was my first visit to the store having been referred to it by friends who were Sunflower customers over the past few years. I had avoided the store because I thought being a farmer’s market and/or an organic store the prices would be more than I could afford. However since my health has become significantly worst over the years I needed to eliminate proceeded foods, particularly meats and products with high levels of chemical ingredients, saturated fats, sodium and added sugars in exchange for as wholesome and natural foods I could find, and afford, rather organic or non-organic. Manny was more than willing not only to address each of my questions, but to give me a full tour of the entire store showing me where the organic foods, non-organic, perishable and non-perishable foods were, including your wide range of all-natural nuts without roasting and added sodium. Manny spent a considerable amount of time with me and made me a lifetime loyal customer of Sprouts by his doing so. (I’ll still shop other stores taking advantage of bargains and reasonable distance from my home, but more and more of my consumer dollars will go to Sprouts.) Your store location is at the opposite side of town where I live and being disabled and on a fixed income traveling there is not as convenient as numerous other stores would be. However, Manny was keenly knowledgeable about selecting healthy foods and product knowledge. I not only found your prices (both organic and non-organic) to be highly competitive and in many cases less expensive and better quality than Albertsons and even Wal-Mart. I have already suggested Sprouts to many people who are unaware of your existence. Being able to find the variety of foods such as the various wholesome, natural nuts without sodium or roasting, the free-range meats, the low ingredient sliced turkey breasts to replace high sodium/ingredient ham etc. The low ingredient, few if any chemical turkey breasts and turkey burger has helped me magnificently turn my diet around. The availability of special-order meats from your in-house butcher and willingness to provide “courtesy ice” to go to keep my foods cold during the 20-30 minute travel to the other side of town enhances my patronage and eagerness to do business with this store.

Woodland Hills, CA – Dear Managers, by this short message, I want to appreciate your staffs' nice service and their friendly customers-attitude. For instance, I could mention two of them which I know their names: JOSE and SHAHROUZ. I also wish to thank you for your fresh and nice produce, nuts and etc..

Escondido, CA – Thank you bringing back the Sprouts brand extra thick tortilla chips. When you stopped selling them I told the clerks in my Escondido store they were the best bagged tortilla chips I ever had and was upset that you stopped selling them. I really like your store (I can walk to it) and the fruits and veggies are great, but I'm really glad you brought back the extra thick chips. The bag is a new design but fortunately the chips are the same. I also love your fruit pies and buy whichever flavor is on sale, but the peach is my favorite. PS: Henry Boney was my sponsor at my Eagle Scout dinner and I went to high school with Stan. It has been great to watch your company grow and get better every year.

Coppell, TX – I'm a committed Sprouts customer having started to visit the Dallas store at Marsh & Forrest just after opening. I still visit that store regularly. I also visit the former Sunflower Market on Henderson in downtown Dallas and the Sprouts on Campbell in Richardson. I love that there is a Sprouts for my shopping in neighborhoods I frequent! This early evening I was in Sprouts Coppell..8 miles from my home (there are 4 markets within 3 miles). I bought much more than I thought - as always. But more important... I was checked out by a very competent, absolutely lovely girl, Kelly. She asked all the right questions. She was ably assisted by Braden - he was packing my groceries and asked Kelly to give him the heavy items first for the bottom of the bag I brought in. He's 18! He knew how to really pack groceries and he was so professional...for 18! Also he's the sweetest and most charming young man - he and Kelly worked together like a well-oiled smooth team. You are so lucky to have them in your store. I'm a serious grocery shopper... I'm almost never satisfied with the cashier/packer portion - and yet my experience (Sat. 3/16/13) was outstanding! Really! Give those young people a serious "thank you" and a pat on their back... They earned my and I hope your demonstrative admiration. 

Whittier, CA – Visited your new Whittier store this week. I wanted to say that the store is neat, clean and associates are very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the quality and price of you fruits and vegetables. I look forward to shopping at your store weekly and will recommend it to family and friends.

San Pedro, CA – I am writing to you today because one of your employees, Monique at your San Pedro, CA store acted with the utmost integrity and you need to know about it! After shopping, I stepped outside your store and put my small grocery carrier (basket) on the sitting bench with Monique sitting there on her break. I said to myself, inadvertently out loud, “I think I'll carry the bags to the car". Looking at the empty carrier I asked, "Can you..." she quickly responded, "I'll take it back in for you". When I got home, 15 minutes later I discovered I left my wallet in the carrier with +$200 cash in it. I frantically got back in my car rushed down to the store and spotted Monique at one of the cash registers. I looked at her and her at me and quickly said, "The Manager has it"." As I walked over to the Manager she told me, "It's in the safe, I'll be right back". She explained the policy to count the money and separate it(in a tiny envelope). Every cent was there! I quickly pulled out a $20 and attempted to show my utmost appreciation and gratitude to Monique but she wouldn't take it. I just want to say....Your employees at the San Pedro store are the BEST! They say, “Acts of honesty and integrity are rarely seen now-a-days." I say, "No they are not!" Thank You, Monique. Thank You Ms. Store Manager and Thank You Sprouts for hiring the best!

Culver City, CA – I want to say thank you to Jesse Oros the Grocery Manager at Sprouts in Culver City, CA. I had negative experience in ordering a flavor of Blue Sky soda and he was very accommodating. He acknowledged the error and was quick, efficient and extremely friendly. He fixed the issue without hesitation! I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of customer service he provided my husband and I. We are very grateful for the end resolution to our dilemma. Please thank Jesse and acknowledge his wonderful customer service skills. Because of the kindness he extended to my husband and me we will certainly be continuing our shopping at Sprouts. He is an asset to your co. and all others should follow in his example. Thank you Jesse for what you did for us. Were very grateful!

Surprise, AZ – I LOVE our Sprouts in Surprise, AZ. Employees are always helpful & pleasant. This past Wednesday, 3/13/13, I went in to buy Polish sausage for my husband's 70th birthday party the next day. Sprout's has ALWAYS had Polish sausage in meat case. On this day they had none. When I asked, the butcher said they didn't have it that day, as no room in case. I explained my situation & that I needed 11 lbs. He said to come back at 5:00 & they would make it for me. That is customer service above & beyond. Made me feel like my needs are very important & that Sprout's will do whatever they can to accommodate. The Polish sausage was the hit of the party, & I made sure everyone knew about Sprout's customer service. Just want to make sure the butcher department gets their proper recognition.

Surprise, AZ – Can you call someone your friend if you don't know her last name? Maybe not, but you can call her your "friendly" and Emily is my "friendly". If I go to Sprouts and she's not on duty I feel a bit bereft but when she IS there I make a point of standing in her line, even if it's not the shortest. She calls me by name, smiles in her delightful way and sends me on my way rejoicing. Actually, all the personnel at the Surprise store are very amenable but Emily is still my favorite. I know I wrote about her before but that's the point - she hasn't changed or lost interest in being a good employee.

Dallas – N. Henderson Ave., TX – I just visited Sprouts for the first time ever. Little did I know how much I was going to love this unique store. I never write any comments, but I had to do so with your store. I fell in love with it and from now on it will be my #1 store. Thank you Sprouts for having everything I need in one place!

San Diego – Point Loma, CA – I have shopped at this location for years and I must say the store has never looked so good. I am able to find what I need and the employees are always so helpful.

Glendale, AZ – I would like commend two employees for their wonderful attention my need while shopping in your store. Alvin Hearon was such a great help and he made sure everything I needed was met to my complete satisfaction. The other person I would like commend is Lydia Bacheco what a pleasant and joy she is making sure you get exactly what you need. You have two gems working in that store. I have been shopping in your store for over 5 years and they are such an asset to your company.

Elk Grove, CA – Just a quick note to say that a friend of mine asked me to drive her to the store. I went inside (the first time in one of your stores) and found it very clean, and all personnel there very helpful.

Dallas – Marsh Ln., TX – We received a call from a customer who was in the store recently and lost her credit card. She didn’t really know how she lost it just that she had it one minute and gone the next. Thinking she lost it in the store she went to Larry Buckley and he was so kind and understanding. He helped her search all over the store. “He is extra nice and a very helpful guy”
