What happens if I can’t make my pickup time?


If you are unable to pick up your order before store closing at the end of the day, contact Instacart Customer Support at (888) 246-7822 to cancel or reschedule your pickup day/time. If your order does not get picked up by the end of the day, it will be marked as complete and the store will return the items. You will need to call Instacart Customer Support for a full refund. All orders must be picked up on scheduled pickup day and will not be held over to the following day.
