What happens if I can’t make my pickup time?


If you are unable to make your curbside pickup time, your order will be held until the store closes at the end of the day. If you are unable to pick up your order before store closing time, please contact Instacart Customer Support to cancel your order. You may also contact Instacart by phone at 1-888-246-7822 or by email at [email protected] Any orders not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup day will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus a $15 fee.
