Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards may be redeemed at any Sprouts location except for the two stores in Chula Vista, CA.
Can I change the value of my gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?
All gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, a new transaction will be required.
Do Sprouts gift cards expire or have any fees?
Sprouts gift cards never expire. After 12 months of inactivity, as of the date of purchase, a service fee may be charged against any remaining balance, except where prohibited by law.
Can I get a refund or replacement for an item that has been recalled?
Return the item to your local Sprouts and a team member will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement. If you no longer have the product, please bring your receipt to the store for further assistance.
What does “local” mean to Sprouts Farmers Market?
At Sprouts, we define “local” as made or produced in the state or within 500 miles.
Where can I find ingredients and nutritional information for a product?
Visit our Home page and search for the product that you’re interested in. Tap on the image of the product in question and a pop-up window will appear with “Ingredients” and “Nutrition Information” tabs to learn more about the product. Can’t find the information you’re looking for? Contact us and we’ll be glad to assist you further.
Is everything you carry natural or organic?
We offer a wide variety of healthy products at great prices to appeal to the everyday shopper. Shop.Sprouts.com is a great place to explore the products your local store offers. You can also search for products by attribute on this page, making it easy to find the products that best meet your needs.
What is your product sampling policy?
