Can I earn points for purchases I made before creating my Sprouts Rewards account?

If you are a current Sprouts account holder or sign up via text-to-join, you will automatically start earning points on your eligible purchases. You won’t be able to redeem points until you fully enroll in Sprouts Rewards by completing enrollment online or on the Sprouts app.

If you would like credit for purchases made prior to creating your Sprouts account and after May 13, 2024, contact us with your date of purchase, store ID and sale amount, and our customer care team will be glad to assist.
