Diva Fam Inc. has recalled all lots of their 16oz True Sea Moss Gel Superfood products due to lack of required regulatory authorization. The affected products were distributed nationwide to all Sprouts stores. Customers who have purchased affected product are urged to discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. No illnesses or adverse health events have been reported in connection with this recall to date.

Spring & Mulberry has initiated a recall on a single lot of their 2.1oz Mint Leaf Date-Sweetened Chocolate Bar due to potential Salmonella contamination. This recall only impacted select stores in California. Customers who have purchased affected product are urged to discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.  No illnesses have been reported to date.

Salmonella can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in children, frail or elderly people, and other people with weakened immune systems. Healthy people infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

Impacted peaches were shipped to Sprouts between September 16, 2025 and October 18, 2025. Customers who may have purchased affected product are urged to discard the product and not consume it. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Customers who have purchased affected product from the deli service case or in grab & go containers are urged to discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. No illnesses have been reported to date.
