Natural Turkey Meal

Natural Fully Cooked Whole Turkey: Pre-heat oven to 350F. Remove thawed turkey from outside bag and remove turkey from inner cooking netting.  Heat your turkey immediately.  Place turkey, breast-side up, in a roaster or shallow roasting pan.  Cover with loose tent of aluminum foil (this will help prevent over-browning as the turkey is already fully cooked).  Heat approximately 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours.  If turkey becomes golden-brown before it is fully heated, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over-browning.  Turkey is thoroughly fully heated when a meat thermometer, not touching any bone, registers 145F in the deepest part of the breast and thigh.  Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes: Microwave: Peel back film to vent and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir.  Microwave uncovered on HIGH an additional minute or until hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: Small amounts can be heated on the stove top by placing Creamy Mashed Potatoes in a heavy sauce pan over medium heat until hot. You may add a small amount of milk or water to aid in heating. Stir frequently.

Homestyle Stuffing: Microwave: *Note: Heating instructions were tested with an 1100-watt microwave. Peel back film to vent and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for an additional minute or until hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving. *Variations do occur in microwave ovens, so consult your owner’s guide for exact settings and time. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove Homestyle Stuffing from tray and spread evenly in an oven safe dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until hot.

Creamed Kale & Spinach: Microwave: Peel back film to vent and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave uncovered on HIGH an additional minute or until hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: Small amounts can be heated on the stove top by placing Creamed Kale & Spinach in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until hot. You may add a small amount of milk or water to aid in heating. Stir frequently.

Cranberry Sauce: Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Hawaiian Dinner Rolls: Fully baked, simply enjoy! (Although toasted in the oven is always nice!).

Spiral Sliced Ham Meal

Sprouts Spiral Sliced Ham: Refer to the Sprouts Spiral Sliced Ham packaging.

Scalloped Potatoes: Microwave: Peel back film to vent and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for an additional minute or until hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Transfer potatoes to an oven safe container and cover with foil. Pierce foil with fork before placing on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes: Microwave: Peel back film to vent and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave uncovered on HIGH an additional minute or until hot. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: Small amounts can be heated on the stove top by placing mashed sweet potatoes in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until hot. You may add a small amount of milk or water to aid in heating. Stir frequently.

USDA Choice Boneless Rib Roast Meal

USDA Choice Rib Roast: Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 325F. Place roast and all juices into a 2” baking dish, cover tightly with aluminum foil. Place in center rack of oven and reheat covered for approximately 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature at the center reaches 130F for rare, or 140F for medium rare. Carefully remove from oven and pull back foil half way let rest at room temperature for 6 – 10 minutes before serving. Microwave Directions: Place packaged roast in a microwavable safe container and pierce 6 holes in the center of the pouch, heat on high for 4-6 minutes, let rest in microwave another 4 minutes. Cook on high for another 2 minutes, let rest another 2 minutes in microwave. Carefully remove from microwave. Place rib and cooking juices on serving platter using caution as contents will be hot.

Boneless Turkey Breast Meal

Natural Roasted Boneless Turkey Breast: Oven directions- pre-heat oven to 350°F remove turkey breast from container and put in a shallow baking dish. Place baking dish in center rack of the oven. Heat at 350° F for 15-20 minutes to an internal temperature of 145°F Microwave directions- remove plastic lid. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes or to an internal temperature of 145°F.

Organic Turkey (ready-to-cook)

Cooking Instructions are on the turkey bag; however, we recommend that you use a calibrated meat thermometer. Turkey should reach 180-185 degrees when inserting thermometer into the thigh. Turkey should reach 170-175 degrees when inserting thermometer into the breast. The thermometer should be inserted into the thickest part of the thigh/breast and should not touch bone in either area.

100% All-Natural Turkey (ready-to-cook)

Cooking Instructions are on the turkey bag; however, we recommend that you use a calibrated meat thermometer. Turkey should reach 180-185 degrees when inserting thermometer into the thigh. USDA Choice Rib Roast (ready-to-cook)

Bake in a 350-degree oven. Well Done: 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes per pound; Medium: 140 degrees, 25-30 minutes per pound; Rare: 130 degrees F, 20-25 minutes per pound.
