Our annual Neighborhood Grants program is available for local nonprofits in the states where Sprouts operates and is one of our favorite ways to connect with the local community! The grant program is funded by Sprouts’ annual “Your Change Matters” in-store campaign, as well as funds from the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation. The 2017 application window was from June 10 to August 10. We will be announcing our 2017 Neighborhood Grant recipients this fall.
2016 Featured Neighborhood Grant Recipients
Sprouts is passionate about supporting organizations that are stewards of health and wellness in the communities where our team members and guests work, live and play. In 2016, our Foundation hosted our first ever Neighborhood Grants program. More than 268 worthwhile nonprofit organizations applied for grant funding during our first application process last year. Our grant review committee selected 54 organizations to receive grants, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000. In total, the Foundation distributed over $400,000 in Neighborhood Grants.
