Nick Konat
President and Chief Operating Officer
Nick Konat serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprouts Farmers Market, a position he has held since March 2022. Since his arrival, he has overseen the company’s store operations, merchandising, marketing, innovation, and supply chain efforts, leading their strategic initiatives and reinforcing purpose of helping people live and eat better.
Nick brings nearly 25 years of retail and brand leadership experience to Sprouts. Before joining Sprouts, he served as Chief Merchandising officer at Petco. Earlier in his career, he held significant merchandising and leadership roles at Target, culminating as director of food operations, merchandise planning after nearly a decade of service across food, fashion, private‑label, and planning capacities. Nick also spent six years with global professional services giant Accenture, gaining strong foundations in strategy and e-commerce.
Nick holds an honors bachelor’s degree in political science and government from St. John’s University.
