Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Rise and shine; there’s nothing better than waking up to a scrumptious breakfast ready to eat or take on the go for a busy day ahead! Filled with apples, maple and cinnamon, you’ll fall in love with these t-oat-ly tasty oats filled with the classic flavors of the season you love.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Rest Time: 4 hours or Overnight

Heres what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill® Organic Protein Oats
  • 1 cup Oat milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 medium Apple, diced
  • ½ cup Whole milk greek yogurt, or non-Dairy yogurt of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. Ground cinnamon 
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract 
  • 1 pinch Ground nutmeg 
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt 
  • Toppings: Chopped pecans, ground cinnamon and maple syrup 

Here’s How You’ll make ’em:

  • Combine all ingredients in container of choice.
  • Mix until well distributed.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
