There’s something wrong with one or more items in my order. Can I return them to the store? How do I get a refund?


We’re sorry for the inconvenience! There’s no need to return the items to the store. Instead, you can report the issue and request a refund through your online account:
  • Sign in and go to Order History.
  • Select the order in question.
  • Click “Need help with something?” and choose “Report an issue.”
  • Select the specific problem/item and submit your refund request.
Once your refund is processed, you may dispose of any unwanted items.
