What is a Checkout Challenge and how do I activate it?
“Checkout Challenges” unlock special reward coupons. Each challenge requires you to earn a specific number of checkmarks to unlock your reward. This can be done in a single transaction or through multiple transactions. To activate a “Checkout Challenge” on the Sprouts Mobile App, click on the navigation menu and select “mySavings & Barcode.” Below your barcode, click on the “Checkout Challenges” badge. Select the challenge you would like to start by clicking on the “Activate” link.
With the new Sprouts Mobile App your reward coupon is automatically clipped when you complete the challenge, ensuring you earn your reward in the same transaction. Simply, scan the “mySavings & Barcode” on your smartphone during checkout for instant savings!
Can I redeem offers more than once?
No. Mobile coupons can only be redeemed once. With the scan of your “mySavings & Barcode”at the register, all mobile coupons that qualify for your purchase will be automatically redeemed.
How do I print my coupons?
Sprouts mobile coupons are paperless and can be redeemed with your “mySavings & Barcode” found on the Sprouts Mobile App. If you do not have a smartphone, you can redeem your mobile coupons by sharing the phone number associated with your Sprouts account at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance in order to redeem coupons in this manner.
How do I redeem coupons?
Clipped coupons are automatically added to your account and “mySavings & Barcode.” You may redeem your clipped coupons in store by scanning the barcode on your Sprouts Mobile App or by asking your cashier to enter your phone number at checkout. Please note, your phone number must be added to your Sprouts account in advance to redeem coupons in this manner.
With the new sprouts.com, you can see which products qualify for each mobile coupon below the coupon offer. You can even start adding products to your shopping list and the coupon progress bar will fill in when the quantity needed is achieved. You do not need to add any products to your shopping list for your coupon to work; we hope this makes your shopping experience simple and easy!
Can mobile coupons be used without the Sprouts Mobile App?

Can customers share recipes from the recipe cooking mode?
At this time, recipes cannot be shared through our digital platforms. Customer feedback is important to Sprouts and we’ll continue to monitor our guests’ feedback to determine if this is a feature we should add at a later date.
How does the “Recipe” tab work?
Browsing and using recipes are a breeze with our new website and mobile app. Begin by clicking “Recipes” in the top navigation of your browser and choose the category that interests you most. We currently offer 15 categories, ranging from gluten-free options to salads, desserts, side dishes, vegan selections and more. Once you’ve selected a category, you can browse recipes and select the one that appeals to you.
Each recipe includes prep time, cooking time and the servings it will yield. Sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App also feature “Cooking Mode.” By clicking “Enter Cooking Mode,” you can view step-by-step directions while preparing your meal. You can enter and exit the cooking mode at any given time.
Can I make purchases on sprouts.com or Sprouts Mobile? Do you offer delivery?
Products featured on sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App can be used to create a shopping list, identify sales and mobile coupons or look up a product’s nutritional information. You can also use our website and app to place a catering order for pick up at your local Sprouts. We know our shoppers enjoy the convenience of home delivery, so we offer quick delivery options through Instacart and Amazon Prime Now in select markets. What do the stars on each product page mean?
The new sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App are designed to give you a personalized shopping experience. When you select an item to add to your shopping list, you can rate your interest in the product using the five stars next to the product’s image (giving five stars to products you love!). Based on your rating, over time, we will display more items that may be of interest to you – making it easier to find your favorite products.
Can I create multiple shopping lists?
Yes. Select the account icon at the top of the page on your desktop. In the drop-down menu, click on the “Shopping Lists” link. If you’re using the Sprouts Mobile App, tap on the navigation menu and select “myAccount.” Next, select “Create New List.” You will be prompted to enter a “List Name.” Enter the list name, such as Dinner Party, Bridal Shower, etc. and then click “Create List” to save it. Next time you browse products on the site, you will be able to add them to your new list by selecting “Save for Later” when you’ve selected an item. If you have multiple custom lists, they will appear in a drop-down after clicking “Save for Later.”
Can I print my shopping list?
Yes. You may print your shopping list by clicking the green button in the top right of your desktop browser that displays the shopping list value. This button will take you to a full-screen view of your shopping list. From this page, click “Print.” You can also retrieve your list on the Sprouts Mobile App to view it in store. Please note, you must be logged into your account in order to view the shopping list you created on desktop on your mobile device.
How do I place a catering order online?
First, log into your Sprouts account and then visit sprouts.com/meals-and-catering or click the “Place Your Order” button located at the bottom of every page. On the Sprouts Mobile App, click on the navigation menu and select “Place a Catering Order.”
If you have items on your Shopping List, a pop-up message will appear asking you if you wish to proceed. Select “Continue to Place a Catering Order,” and then choose your store location and a date and time range to have your order ready. Next, browse through the items that are available for ordering at the location you selected. Once you’ve selected your items and quantities, click “Add to Cart.” You may add notes for the store, update your order or simply check out from the Cart page. At checkout, you may confirm your pick-up location, enter your pick-up time and add your contact information. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation number on the screen and through email for your reference. Payment for all catering orders is accepted at the store at the time of pickup and checkout.
What is the shopping list and “In-Store List?”
On sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App you can create a convenient shopping list, also referred to as “In-Store List,” to keep track of all the items you want to purchase during your next trip to Sprouts. The shopping list displays current pricing of items in your preferred store. At any given time, the total for your shopping list is displayed at the top of the page.
Where is the list of stores coming soon? How can I learn when a new store is opening?
To view existing stores and new openings in your state, click on “Stores” at the bottom of your screen and then select your state. From here, you can view every Sprouts location in your state, as well as any new stores announced in your area. New stores will be designated with their grand opening date.
Where is the event calendar? How can I see what’s going on at my store?
We’ve refreshed our store pages to show you every event going on in your area. To visit your store page from a desktop browser, click on the store address at the top of the homepage. You can access your store’s information on a mobile device from the navigation menu. From the store page, you can view events near you and services offered at the store.
How do I unsubscribe from the email list?
If you wish to no longer receive email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails.
How do I change my email preferences?
Log in to your account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the profile icon on your desktop browser. A drop menu will appear, click “My Profile.” Select “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences.” Under “Email Interest,” you can toggle yes or no to receive “Weekly Specials Emails” and the “Monthly eNewsletter.” Click “Save Changes” when you are finished editing your profile. Mobile users can change their account information by tapping on the navigation menu and selecting “myAccount.”

How do I sign up for “Weekly Specials Emails” and the “Monthly eNewsletter?”
The best way to sign up for our “Weekly Specials Emails” and “Monthly eNewsletter” is by creating an account at sprouts.com/login and selecting to opt-in to each communication. If you already have an account, please login to your profile and update your email interests by checking “Monthly eNewsletter” and “Weekly Specials Emails” and then clicking save. Mobile users can add these communications by selecting the “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences” in the “myAccount” section.
How often do you add new “Healthy Living” articles?
New articles featuring interactive recipes, behind-the-scenes content, food prep tips and more are added to sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App each week. Check back regularly to find out what’s new in natural foods!
Where did all your company information go on your website?
Company information is now on about.sprouts.com. Here, you will find information on Sprouts’ history, our leadership, sustainability and Foundation initiatives, media resources, careers and real estate.
Why did you change the look of sprouts.com?
We’ve refreshed sprouts.com and added new features, but much of the content still exists. We believe the new look will be easier for our guests to navigate in the long run as they get used to our new online environment. How do I change or set my preferred store location using Sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App?
Sprouts.com and Sprouts Mobile App will select a preferred store for you based on your device’s location. If you are looking for a different store location, click on the store address at the top right of your desktop browser. Next, click on “Looking for a Different Location” listed in the store’s contact information. Enter your zip code or city to view stores in your area. For mobile users, tap the navigation menu, select the current store location and enter a new zip code.
How do I change my email address and phone number for my account?
To update your profile information, you need to be logged into your account either on sprouts.com or Sprouts Mobile App. Once you are logged in, navigate to the profile icon. A drop menu will appear, click “My Profile.” In your “Contact Information” you can update your email address and telephone number. Click “Save Changes” when you are finished editing your profile. Mobile users can change their account information by tapping on the navigation menu and selecting “myAccount.”
Do I need to download a new Sprouts Mobile App to get the latest features?
No, the Sprouts Mobile App will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select update. The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched.
How do I create a new account on sprouts.com and Sprouts Mobile App?
To create a Sprouts account on sprouts.com, please visit www.sprouts.com/login. Click the “Register” tab and enter your contact information in the required fields. Next, read and agree to Sprouts’ Terms & Conditions and then click “Create New Account.”
To create an account on Sprouts Mobile App, tap on the navigation menu at the top of the app, select the “Log In/Register” tab, “Sign Up” and fill out the information fields. Your new account has been created and you can now sign in.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after setting up your account.
What is a Sprouts account?
Maintaining an account on sprouts.com is an excellent way to discover new recipes, explore online coupons, create shopping lists and more from the convenience of your home or mobile device. The best way to stay in the know about the latest promotions across the store, including traditional and mobile coupons, is to sign up for our “Monthly eNewsletter” and “Weekly Specials Emails” as part of your Sprouts account. Or, you can simply view all items available in your local store to see what’s on sale or what’s featured in a mobile coupon!
Will I need to create a new account on sprouts.com and Sprouts Mobile App?
If you have an existing Sprouts account will not need to create a new account, however, you will need to reset your password. If you try to login to your account you will receive an error message. Once you have reset your password by clicking “Forgot your Password” and completing the necessary steps, you will be able to enjoy all the new features we have to offer.
Why do I need to reset my password? How do I reset my password?
Your privacy is of utmost importance to Sprouts, so we are asking you to update your password to maintain the security of your account. Your account preferences will carry over. You can do this by visiting www.sprouts.com/login and clicking “Forgot your password?”
You’ll receive a password reset email. Click the “Reset Password” link to be redirected to sprouts.com. Then you will be prompted to enter a new password. Once your password is entered, hit “Change Password.” Please return to the login page and use your new credentials.
Why won’t my password work? I received the following message, “Invalid email or password. Please try again.”
