How do I remove an item from my Shopping List?
To remove a single item from your Shopping List: on the Sprouts app, tap the icon with three dots in the top right corner of your screen and choose “Edit List.” Tap the “X” next to the items you want to remove and select “Remove.” If you’re using shop.sprouts.com on a mobile or desktop browser, navigate to your Shopping List, click the “X” next to the items you want to remove, and select “Remove.”
To empty your entire Shopping List: on the Sprouts app, tap the icon with three dots in the top right corner of your screen and choose “Empty List.” If you’re using shop.sprouts.com on a mobile or desktop browser, navigate to your Shopping List and select “Empty List” in the top left of your screen.
Can I print my Shopping List?
Yes. On shop.sprouts.com, click the green button in the top right of your browser that displays the shopping list value. This button will take you to your Shopping List. If you have multiple shopping lists, click on your profile icon in the top right of your screen. In the drop-down menu, click on “Shopping Lists” and then select the list you would like to print. From this page, click “Print” in the top left of your screen.
How can I share my Shopping List with others?
On the Sprouts app, navigate to your Shopping List and tap the icon with three dots in the top right corner. Select “Share List.”
How can I create and add items to a Shopping List?
How do I unsubscribe from the email list?
If you wish to no longer receive email correspondence from Sprouts, simply click the “unsubscribe” link located at either the top or bottom of one of our emails.
How do I sign up for the Weekly Specials Emails and the “Monthly Trends Email?”
To keep up with all the sales and promotions featured in our Weekly Specials Emails and/or Monthly Trends Email, log in to your Sprouts account on sprouts.com, navigate to your profile and select “Lifestyle & Notification Preferences.” Opt-in under “Email Interest” and “Save Changes.”
Where can I find promo codes? How do I redeem them?
How can I view a digital version of the Weekly Ad?
On sprouts.com or the Sprouts app, navigate to the Weekly Ad and select “Digital Ad” in the top right of your screen.
Is my store’s Weekly Ad available on sprouts.com and the Sprouts App?
It sure is. You can find your store’s Weekly Ad on the home screen of both the website and app. Please be sure to select your preferred store location as sales can vary by region.
Can I scan a product barcode on the app?
Definitely! You can find the barcode scanner icon in the right-hand corner of the search bar when you tap on it. Once the product’s barcode is scanned successfully, detailed information will appear on your screen, including a list of ingredients, nutrition information, and any digital coupons currently available.
Which devices are compatible with the Sprouts app?
The Sprouts app is compatible with devices that meet the following criteria:
- Apple iPhone 5s or above running iOS 10.0 or higher
- Android devices running Android 5.0 or higher
The Sprouts app will update itself on most devices. Users can manually update the app by visiting the Apple and Android app stores. Once in the app store, search for “Sprouts Farmers Market” in the update section and select “Update.” The app will include all the latest features when it is relaunched.
If your phone model and operating system do not meet these criteria, you can still enjoy all our enhanced features on sprouts.com in your mobile web browser.
