Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation
Since 2015, the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation has worked with nonprofit partners across the U.S. to bring access to healthy food and nutrition education programs to children through community and school gardens. This Earth Month, the Foundation has pledged to take good care by working with five nonprofit partners to refresh their school or community gardens.
