1 pkg
Cauliflower Sprouts Frozen Riced Cauliflower
1 cp
Coconut Milk
1 1/2 tbsp
Cinnamon
2 tsp
Sugar , or sugar-free sweeter like Stevia
1 tsp
Vanilla
1/4 cp
Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Add half of the package of Sprouts Frozen Riced Cauliflower and all of the milk to a sauce pan and simmer on medium heat.
  2. Add cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and eggs whites to cauliflower and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the rest of the Sprouts Frozen Riced Cauliflower and stir until thickened, then cover and allow the pudding to thicken until desired consistency.
  4. TIP: This rice pudding gets even better when refrigerated over night!
