Quantity Ingredient
Lemon halved
4 slc
Smoked Salmon
2 slc
Multigrain Bread
1 tbsp
Fresh Dill chopped
Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  1. Cut one lemon half into slices. Cut two of the slices into small wedges or triangles. Set aside.
  2. Separate the smoked salmon slices and tear into bite-size pieces, folding them. Squeeze over a little lemon juice from the remaining lemon half.
  3. Cut the bread into squares. Sit the salmon on top and then skewer the salmon and bread together with the lemon wedges and a caper berry on top.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped dill and season with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
