Deviled Eggs with Ham and Horseradish

Hard Boiled Eggs
3 tbsp
1/2 cp
Cooked Ham minced
1 tsp
Coarse Grain Mustard
1/2 cp
Watercress plus leaves for garnish
1 1/2 tsp
Horseradish or to taste
1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice
Cayenne Powder to taste
Salt and Pepper


  1. Slice eggs in half and empty yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the yolks and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fill emptied eggs with mixture and top with watercress leaves. Chill for 2 hours, then serve.
