Vegan Protein French Toast

1 cp
almond milk
1/2 tbsp
Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp
Ground Flax Seeds or ground chia seeds
1/4 cp
Protein Powder Sprouts Vegan Cinnamon Swirl
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
6 slc
sourdough bread or other thick-sliced bread
coconut oil


  1. Mix all ingredients except the bread and coconut oil in a shallow dish. Place in refrigerator to thicken for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat griddle to medium heat and grease with coconut oil.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture for about 15 seconds on each side, letting mixture soak into the bread.
  4. Place on the griddle and cook until golden brown. Flip the bread and cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
