Quantity Ingredient
Kiwi peeled and sliced
4 C.
almond milk vanilla or unsweetened
2 tbsp
Agave Nectar light
2 tsp
Matcha powder
3/4 C.
chia seeds


  1. Combine four of the sliced kiwi fruit with the almond milk, agave nectar and matcha powder in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the chia seeds, stirring well.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. The next day, divide the dessert between four serving cups. Top with the remaining sliced kiwi fruit before serving.
