Protein Powder , Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla Spiced Chai or Vanilla
2 C.
unsweetened almond milk
2 C.
frozen banana slices
3/4 tsp
Nutmeg
1/8 tsp
Allspice
1 1/2 tbsp
Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Top with a dash of nutmeg if desired.
