Roasted Spiced Apples & Pears

sliced apples
Pears cubed
1 1/2 cp
Fresh Cranberries
1 cp
Pineapple cubed
1/2 cp
1/3 cp
Butter vegan; melted
1/4 cp
Brown Sugar
1/4 cp
Maple Syrup
1 tbsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice


  1. Preheat the oven to 400° and grease a large baking sheet with vegan butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and pie spice.
  3. Add sliced apples, cubed pears, cranberries and cubed pineapples. Toss until well incorporated.
  4. Fill baking sheet with spiced fruit and bake for 60 minutes, half way through baking time add pecans to spiced fruit.
  5. Mix fruit and serve.
