Ingredients

sliced apples , Honeycrisp
1 med
Green Cabbage shredded
1/3 cp
Plain Yogurt dairy-free
1/3 cp
Mayonnaise vegan
1/3 cp
Maple Syrup
1/3 cp
Dried Cranberries
1 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp
Mint minced
1 tbsp
Parsley minced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine dairy-free yogurt, vegan mayonnaise, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar.
  2. In a large salad bowl toss together sliced apples, cabbage, cranberries, herbs and plant-based dressing.
  3. Chill for 1-2 hours. Toss before serving.
