Fresh Apricots halved
1/8 cp
Olive Oil
3 tbsp
Honey warmed


  1. Preheat grill to medium high. Brush the apricots with olive oil.
  2. Place the apricots cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Transfer hot apricots to a serving bowl and pour the honey over them. Serve immediately.
