plain Greek yogurt

Garlic Cloves

1 bnch
Green Onions


  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Mince garlic and dice fresh green onions. Set aside green onions as cauliflower mash topping.
  3. Add cleaned and trimmed cauliflower to boiling water and cook for 8-12 minutes.
  4. Drain cauliflower and add to a blender with yogurt, cheese, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover well, as ingredients are hot, and pulse until cauliflower is creamy and ingredients are well incorporated.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with green onions.
