Ingredients

White Cabbage - shredded
2 cp
Sugar Snap Peas - washed
2 lg
Carrots - peeled and thinly sliced into 1 inch pieces

Apple - washed, quartered and thinly sliced
1 tbsp
Sliced Green Onion
2 tbsp
Grapeseed Oil
1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar
2 tsp
Dried Thyme
Kosher Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss until well combined. Portion onto individual plates and serve.
