cauliflower florets
1 cp
Cream or 1 Cup Almond Milk
1 cp
1/2 cp
Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine washed and dried cauliflower, cream or almond milk, flour and 3/4 cup Parmesan. Toss to combine.
  3. Pour mixture into a large baking dish, season with salt and pepper and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Remove cauliflower from oven and sprinkle mixture over dish.
  5. If desired dot cauliflower with 1 Tbsp. butter.
  6. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
