Ingredients

wholegrain roll, sliced in half
2 tbsp
Cottage Cheese
Lettuce a few fresh leaves of choice
1 slc
Tomato ripe
Yellow Bell Pepper a few pieces
1/4 cp
Sprouts

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon cottage cheese on bottom of roll. Layer all of the vegetables on top. Spoon the remaining cottage cheese on top of the piled vegetables and place the top of roll to finish. Serve.
