ground lamb

Fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp
Fresh Oregano
2 tbsp
Fresh Mint
1 tbsp
Fresh Garlic
1 tsp
White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp
Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp
ground allspice
1/2 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp
4 lg
1 cp
1 ea
Sliced Tomato


  1. Prepare grill with medium-high heat
  2. In a large bowl add lamb, finely chopper cilantro, oregano and mint, minced garlic, vinegar, cumin, allspice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with clean hands and form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat butter in large frying pan over medium high heat to prepare for eggs.
  4. Grill burgers 5 minutes on each side, or until well done.
  5. While burgers are grilling fry eggs and set aside.
  6. Assemble burgers on buns topped with fried egg, guacamole, lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
