dry leek soup mix
1 can
Artichoke Hearts 14 ounce;, drained and finely, chopped
16 oz
Sour Cream
1/2 cp
Greek yogurt
8 slc
Bacon cooked, crumbled, (optional)
1 cp
Shredded Cheese Parmesan or Swiss
Fresh Chives finely snipped
1 bnch
fresh broccolini, rinsed; dried and dried (Use qty 1-2)


  1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ F. Coat a 1-quart casserole bowl or dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup mix, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream and Greek yogurt. Fold in crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Gently fold in snipped chives.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until top starts to brown. Serve with broccolini.
