This year, we’re accepting holiday pre-orders exclusively online so you can confidently plan your holiday meal. No orders will be taken in-store at the meat or deli counter. November holiday pre-orders can be placed for customers with a Sprouts account from November 2 to November 23 and December can be placed from December 7 to December 21.

On your selected pick up date, visit the Meat counter to pick up pre-ordered turkeys and holiday meats, and the Deli counter to pick up holiday meals and party trays. Your order must include a “Holiday Pre-Order” sticker to bypass the registers. The temporary hold on your card will be released on your pick up date and you will only be charged for the cost of your pre-order at the end of that day.
When you confirm your pre-order, the payment you selected will be charged a hold for the purchase. Your statement will reflect the final order total at the end of the day when your order is picked up. You may be subject to being charged in the event of a no-show for pickup.
Please note, a temporary pre-authorization hold of the cost of your item(s), rounded to the nearest dollar, will be placed on your card until the transaction is completed on your selected pick up date. This is to ensure payment is available in your account. The pre-authorization hold may be renewed by your bank more than once depending on the timeframe of your pickup order. If an authorization cannot be placed on your card, you order will be systematically canceled.
Holiday pre-orders cannot be changed once the order is placed. To choose a different item, please cancel your order and begin a new order. Holiday pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund with no additional fees up until two days before the scheduled in-store pickup. To cancel your order, view your order within purchase history and click the “Cancel Order” button.
Pre-orders are subject to Sprouts cancellation policy. An order not cancelled two days in advance of the pick-up date will be non-cancelable. If you do not cancel your order two days in advance, and fail to pick up the order, you will be charged the full amount of the order.

Pre-orders allow you to confidently order your turkey, holiday meats, party tray in advance, but you can still purchase these items in store without a pre-order based on your store’s availability.
Orders for delivery or curbside pickup can be placed exclusively at sprouts.com/order using your Sprouts account as early as November 11. Availability may vary. We recommend validating your delivery address or store pick-up location prior to placing your order. On the day of fulfillment, your shopper will communicate with you any substitutions or out-of-stocks.

Sprouts’ natural turkeys never receive antibiotics, ever. Sprouts’ organic turkeys are free-range, humanely raised and fed a certified-organic diet on family farms. Organic turkeys never receive antibiotics, ever. There are no enhancers or salt-based solutions (brine) added to our turkeys … just pure turkey!
No. Sprouts turkeys are sold fresh, never frozen. Fresh turkeys are highly perishable so they may have some ice in the cavity. This means that they’ve been kept at the right temperature for optimum freshness and safety. Unlike “frozen solid” turkeys, which are typically brought down to 30 degrees below zero, the fresh turkeys at Sprouts have been shipped to us and stored at temperatures between 26°F and 28°F (as required by law). The below-freezing temperature causes some ice to appear in the cavity and possibly around the joints. The ice is frozen water, not frozen meat.
