If you’re trying your hand at alternative pizza crust, the secret ingredient is … elbow grease. You’ll need a bit of muscle to remove all of the moisture from the riced veggies. The easiest way is by simply placing the vegetables in a clean kitchen cloth and twisting the knot until the water is extracted. It may take a couple of tries, but the end result will be a perfectly crisp crust.
