2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Golden Flaxseed
2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Chia Seeds
½ cup Garden of Life Raw Creamy Protein in Chocolate Brownie
¾ cup Peanut (or almond) butter
2 Tbsp. Garden of Life coconut oil
¼ cup Maple syrup
Chocolate Coating:
½ cup Vegan chocolate chips
½ Tbsp. Garden of Life coconut oil

Makes 16 Bars
1 ½ cups Gluten-free rolled oats2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Golden Flaxseed
2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Chia Seeds
½ cup Garden of Life Raw Creamy Protein in Chocolate Brownie
¾ cup Peanut (or almond) butter
2 Tbsp. Garden of Life coconut oil
¼ cup Maple syrup
Chocolate Coating:
½ cup Vegan chocolate chips
½ Tbsp. Garden of Life coconut oil
Protein Bars Preparation:
- Line an 8×8 pan with wax paper.
- Stir together dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a double boiler (on medium heat) melt together nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup.
- Add this to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into pan and press down with hands.
- Refrigerate for one hour to let set.
Chocolate Coating Preparation:
- Using the double boiler, melt the chocolate chips together with the coconut oil.
- Spread melted chocolate over the bars and let set (20 minutes in the refrigerator).
- Cut into equal pieces and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
