Why won’t my password work? I received the following message, “Invalid email or password. Please try again.”


We’ve refreshed Sprouts.com and the Sprouts Mobile App to help you discover new products, learn more about natural foods, and save time and money shopping with Sprouts.

If you are a current sprouts.com account holder, you’ll need to reset your password. You can do this by visiting www.sprouts.com/login and clicking “Forgot your password?” Within minutes, you’ll receive a password reset email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!

Once you have the email, click the “Reset Password” link. You will then be redirected to sprouts.com and prompted to enter a new password. Once your password is entered, hit “Change Password.” Please return to the login page and use your new credentials.
