The type of credit given is determined by the method of payment used. A valid receipt is required for all Vitamin and Body Care product returns. Sprouts cannot accept returns on any type of media product such as books, DVDs and audio and visual aids. Special orders are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
