Oriental Auricular Health Screenings By Linda L. Scott, R.D.M.S., M.S.O.M., L.Ac.
This health screening, performed by Balancing Point Acupuncture, LLC, consists of a three-part process including: locating Auricular acupoints, acupoint analysis, and tongue assessment. First, the Electro-Acupoint Finder uses the body's own electrical impulses to analyze points in the ear. Second, primary acupuncture points on the four limbs are palpated for tenderness; and in the third part the tongue is observed and assessed for internal organ balances. The health screening takes about 10-15 minutes. The scope of this screening is for informational and educational purposes only, and not meant to replace a complete clinical assessment.
