Even though we may not actually be farmers, at Sprouts Farmer Market we work the crops every day. Our buyers (who are just a little bit obsessive about quality and value) are out in the fields or on the phones from the crack of dawn, working with the growers to find the freshest, ripest natural and organic fruits and veggies and rush them to our stores.
That produce will travel by truck, by tractor, by FedEx – whatever it takes to deliver fresh greens (and oranges and reds and yellows and more!) to your favorite market. And boy, do our buyers know how to bargain. Because they cut such outstanding deals and because we're so passionate about offering "healthy living for less," we're thrilled to pass the savings on to you!
Come in for sweet watermelon, plump Bing cherries and creamy bananas, at prices that are typically 30 percent or more below the other guys in town. You might find crisp Pink Lady apples, tropical mangoes, ripe strawberries, juicy seedless black grapes and mountains of other good stuff. We love bumpy Bartlett pears, zesty Ruby Red grapefruit and fuzzy kiwifruits. Once you see our selection of fruits and vegetables, you'll quickly understand: there are a lot of good reasons why we're so well-known for our outstanding produce selection and value.
