Mung Beans Prepartion: Cover 1 Cup Beans With Water, Place In A Covered Pan And Let Soak Overnight (4 Hours Minimum). Drain And Put In 4 Cups Of Fresh Water, Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat & Simmer For 1 1 1/2 Hours Or Until Tender.
